After contacting Public Storage on their Facebook page and emailing their customer support email address, concerning, among other things the condition of the surrounding fence and the increase in monthly rent on my 5 x 10 unit, I received a phone call from one of their area managers, a Mr. Kwame Taylor, who assured me that the issues Id raised were going to be addressed (Including the monthly rent issue). I thanked him for his help and attempted to express that thanks on their Facebook page, where Id first brought it up. Imagine my surprise when I found out that Public Storage had blocked me from their Facebook page, & deleted all comments Id made concerning the problems I was having. Right now there are some very damning comments on their FB page from others that are a lot worse than mine were, yet theyre still up and I doubt the posters have been blocked. I this be a very strange & peculiar thing. All I wanted to say was Thanks. Very strange. Id like to thank Mr. Kwame Taylor for calling me back with in 24 hours of me contacting Public Storage with my concerns and other issues I was having. It shows that they value my business as a long standing customer, and are willing to work with me to resolve the problems. Thank you!

I called on behalf of my brother, who was having trouble paying on his storage and the young lady who answered the phone was such a sweetheart Im not sure how you spell her name I believe it was Tacoya im not sure but I know she was new because whenever she didnt know an answer to my question she would apologize and find out from the young lady training her. At the end she asked me to do a google review for her trainer Guyana but i really felt like I needed to put both of them in the review because they both did a great job and were so hopeful! great public storage location.

My experience at the lake city Public Storage has been a very good one the staff was very helpful I went to the Forest Park store first and the young lady Taquoya was VERY helpful and COURTEOUS she then directed me to the Lake City where I was help by Guyana she was VERY helpful and COURTEOUS as well she asked about my storage needs and she supplied the storage unit that fit my needs it has been a GOOD experience and I look forward to using Public Storage for all MY future storage need....OH AND ITS ALWAYS NICE BEING HELPED BY BEAUTIFUL WOMEN...#VERY!EASYONTHEEYES

I have been with this company for a long time. I love how they are pleasant and sweet. They attend to all problems and come back with a smile. They are very helpful and go out of their way to satisfy you. I usually deal with Ms. Duffy and she is a true asset to the company. She always helps out when she can and does a great job at it. They call you on updates about your storage unit and when the prices will go up. If you call, they are great in responding to the call and returning the call. I will continue to do business with this company and the storage site.

i am having trouble putting the lock on my unit. i spoke with an employee there who helped me attach the lock.this person told me that i would have to move to another unit because it could not be fixed. i came into the office to pay rent this month and spoke with Marie about the problem. she assured me i would not have to move to another unit.she is going to have the problem fixed.I am very pleased that i dont have to move all my things to another unit.Marie was very helpful .she showed me great customer service

The customer service that I received at this location was excellent! When I walked in Felicia B. was assisting a customer and had acknowledged me the moment I walked in the door! She was answering phones, and helping us on the inside, She is only one person but she remained professional with everyone the entire time and was conversational as well!! If I ever need a storage in the area I will definitely re-visit this location!!!

By far this has been the best experience I have ever had of a staff and management! Very professional, goes above and beyond to meet as well as predict the customers needs. Bravo! Also I must single out Ms. Guyana she has been freaking awesome. Location 27810 would not be what it is with out her. The owner/upper management should feel fortunate to have her. I would never go anywhere else for my storage needs. 5 Stars *****
