I was immediately greeted by Latasha who was very warm and attentive to my storage needs. We viewed various storage spaces and I found one that not only fit my needs but was on special. She also mentioned their "name your special" deal which included me getting the second month free!! I had a really great experience here. The customer service is top notch. Plus I really like the controlled access to my storage unit. Overall, this is a great facility.

WOW!!!!! Is all I can say to describe my experience with storage world. Amanda is the greatest! She should be promoted to district manager or something, but I honestly have had nothing but love and kindness from them. I have been with them since November of 2013 and they have worked with me through my rough season and have been very nice and pleasant. The staff is great, I would recommend anybody to them and will continue to use them in the future!

Being a tenant at Storage World allows me to appreciate professionalism of the staff. Mainly I communicate and handle transactions with Amanda the site manager. She a good person who would try to make sure youre taken care of and not late with your payments. Willing to answer any question pertaining to the useage of the facility. I would refer a friend or family member to this establishment.

Service was great. Fast and helpful. She accommodated my move from NY. The location was perfect for my transition as well. I highly recommend this storage facility. My parents have also been Storage World for years. I had more than enough space for all my stuff and the fact that I can get to my stuff 24 hours of the day is great.

I had my belongings there for about seven months and Latasha Dozier definitely made my experience there quite enjoyable! She went above and beyond to make sure that I was treated right and fair. I just wanted to let everyone know that storage world is by far the best option if your looking to store just about anything. The staff is also very friendly (especially the lovely Amanda0. This will be the best solution for your every storage need..... Check them out in Jonesboro on Tara Blvd.
