Made a reservation a few days earlier than the day I needed to pick up the truck. Showed up and the rental place had neither a truck or a furniture hand truck available (as I has reserved). I ended up driving an older truck that they were selling (markings already removed) and had to wait almost 2 hours for them to find and go get a furniture hand truck for me. While they added the time on the rental, it still delayed my day and move. UHaul reservations overbook. MOVER BEWARE!

Had to rent a 10ft. Truck to move pickup and move some items I purchased across town. They are conveniently located off the main street of Jonesboro Rd. The staff is awesome. I went in to reserve a truck the day before, and I was pleasantly pleased by how well kept this location was. The inside and outside was very clean, and they acknowledged the customers that were waiting in line to either pickup or return a truck. Good job UHAUL!

Dyonne (I know Im probably spelling it wrong) but he was the most helpful straight forward person Ive ever ran into...And Ive moved A LOT! Were thinking he owns it because he definitely cares about it. He also cares for his staff as we saw him not let a customer talk junk about his employee...But he did it in a tactful, polite & professional way. I recommend this specific Uhual to EVERYONE.

I recently rented a Uhaul from another vendor and returned my vehicle to this one on Thurman Rd. I thought the place I picked up from was disorganized, but my return to Thruman Rd was delightful. I left it overnight and the next morning they called early to report they received my return and to give me my balance. Thanks for a wonderful moving experience!

I ran into a snag when I showed up to rent a trailer. The general manager, Dyonn Thomas, saved the day. Definitely recommend this location. This is the second time Ive rented from this location and each time has been exceptional service.

Excellent customer service from both the Devon or Deshon manager and truck handler. Truck was ready as expected and no hassel no fuss employee even gave me better option on how to rent the truck when I get money back two thumbs up :)

Bad service. terrible service. more than 5 hours in the installation Hidden Hitch Trailer explorer 2015 and in the end they did not have the parts to connect the electric
