Its my pleasure to give this outstanding business its first review- and the first Google review Ive ever written! Ive rented 2 cargo vans and 3 U-Haul trucks over the course of the last 6 months, each time Dave took care of everything I needed quickly and efficiently! In fact I was reccomended to come to THIS location after an infuriating expeirience at an Amelia area U-Haul place. Seems that this place has a reputation for being outstanding even among the regional U-Haul "dispatch". This place is no "gas-station-come-U-haul" place with one or two trucks either- on my last visit I counted over 20 trucks and several large cargo vans. Also, during all but one of my rentals, i recieved pretty much brand new equipment, which you always hope for but rarely get at a run-of-the-mill Uhaul place. The last thing I have to say is that their huge number of trucks has allowed me to rent w.o a reservation several times, though of course its always a good idea to make one if you have the luxury of knowing when youll need one ahead of time!

Convenient location in Milford -I was moving from the west side of the city to the east side and this central location cut down on my mileage. The best u-haul company I have experienced in the Cincinnati area offering fast and reliable service (compared to smaller u-haul ops in the area). They also had some free boxes that they let me get out of their dumpster that were in good condition. Although if you choose to buy boxes, they have a large assortment of supplies inside, including "wardrobe boxes" that you can hang your entire closet in, if you need to. I give Dave and his helpful staff (one member helped me get the boxes out of the dumpster, the other helped carry them to the truck) a 5 star rating.

I went in to do a return and the general manager said that he couldnt look it up by credit card number. I had to come back later when the assistant manager was there so that she could do it. Why is it that a general manager whos in charge of everything cant do things the assistant manager can question mark I think he was just making excuses because he didnt want to have to deal with it.

We needed a small cargo trailer for 24 hours and they were good to deal with. We arent familiar with the area and was running late but it was easy to call and let them know. I gave them 4 stars because even with no one around it was a bit of a wait to return it. Overall good people.

Ready to go there and rent a van for the day, and a trailer one way to Harrisonburg. I have rented stuff from these guys and girls for 10 years. friendly, engaging, dependable. I have total confidence I can get those 2 things, even though its Friday. They are that good!

Went to pick up boxes the online site stated they sold. These boxes (rectangular mailing tubes) were NOT available there and the woman working said she had never heard of them. Would have given 1 star, but she was as helpful as possible,

Rented a 26 Uhaul for my move. The cab and back was very well maintaned. I will admit, this was my first time driving a Uhaul this big and I was impressed with how easy it was to handle. Would recommend this location
