Yes, good luck getting the district manager to call you back. It took me four attempts to get him to call me. Every time I called customer service and was told that he would most definitely call me, nothing! Finally, after raising enough hell, he finally called me. They were charging new tenants about $40 a month less than I was paying for the same type unit and I was a 10+ year tenant. When I brought this to their attention it was basically a "sorry about your luck". Many years ago when it was Loveland Self Storage they had two full time office people. Infinite bought it and it went down to one person, then a part time, now it is by appointment only. Their so-called "Megan" automated system is suppose to be your point-of-contact. Good luck!

We needed a storage unit because we were transitioning my mother to a retirement community. Infinite Self Storage in Loveland was very close to us and convenient. The property was well lighted and very clean. The manager was very thorough and comfortable to work with and reviewed all of our options. I was out of town when this was in process and he emailed me the lease and a well marked map of how to locate our space. He even left a new lock waiting for us inside the unit so the move in process was stress free. Excellent value and service!

Dont do business with them! I left the facility in May, have still been automatically charged for June and July. Called once and was told the manager would call me back. Called again and was told the district manager would call me back. Still nothing. Horribly managed and poor customer service. Youre better off at a storage facility that actually has a person working on site. Be careful.

As a storage place, its fine, not great. What sets it apart is the 24 hour kiosk. If youre in a bind (just for example, youre moving and ask your stuff didnt quite fit in the truck and you have to be out the next day), the kiosk is a life saver. You can rent a unit there, pay, get a lock, and get access at any time, day or night.

The walls to each storage area do not keep other people out of your personal property. With that my unit was broke into on multiple occasions for which we filed police reports and contacted the local supervisor. To our dismay the storage units insurance will not pay us for a loss of over $3,000.
