I have driven down Old St Rt 74 for years now, never once noticing that there was even an Uncle Bobs there. What finally caught my eye was the funniest catch phrase on their sign. It said "Lose 100 lbs, Store it here!". Too funny! On the other side of the sign it says that they sell boxes. Never knew that. I started cleaning up my garage and remembered that they sold boxes. I dropped by there and was very impressed! The manager Court was such a pleasant person. Very well spoken and was super knowledgeable about the products she carried. When I saw the prices of boxes there I was turned off because they were higher than Home Depot. After talking with Court, I ended up buying their boxes! She didnt try to push them on me, but actually informed me as to why there were slightly higher than normal cheap boxes. I thought a box was just a box, now I know otherwise. I also found out that they had outside storage. Curious to what the condition of the outside storage was, she showed me around the property and I was so impressed with how well maintained the outside parking area was. I know where I am storing my boat this winter!! Im not a big fan of corporate companions, but I would store here any day if it means I get that kind of service all the time. She was excellent and I dont even store there! Two thumbs up!

Horrible!!! Do not store your stuff here. I had my belongings here, a whole house of things. I told them in the beginning what I was storing, non-parishable goods and all my belongings. The website clearly states they store non-parishable goods (all I had was canned goods). 4 months later I go to get my belongings and mice had destroyed 50% of my things. When I had first contacted them about moving out (5 days after I had paid a whole month) I asked to use the truck since I hadnt used it to move in and I had paid a whole month for only 5 days, I was denied, but at this point I was nice about it. Once I realized mice had ate through everything I called, was told I have to deal with insurance and basically oh well about my things. At this point I basically cut my losses. NOW I am still being billed for storage, threatened it will be taken to collection when SNEZ knows I have moved out well over a month that ago!!!!! DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I really enjoyed everything about this storage from the minute my daughter and I walked in the door!!! We felt welcomed && truly cared about, Like we were their only customers!!! Thank god for this storage place...They are life savers!! Other Storage facilities should really take some advice from Life Storage... They are top of the game!! I recommend Life Storage to any&everyone struggling to find a safe clean place for there belongings! Thanks LIFE STORAGE!! YOU REALLY OWN UP TO YOUR NAME. ❤

Had a delightful experience, we were greeted as soon as we walked in. Very knowledgeable associate named Val helped me pick the right unit size for me and showed me how to work my locks and described in great detail exactly how everything would work. Hope I dont need a storage unit too long but I feel a lot better knowing my items are safe here and with such friendly staff like Val.

This storage facility is by far the cleanest I have seen in the area. It took only moments for the gracious worker (snez, I believe her name was) to get all the paperwork filled out for us to rent a storage unit. She extremely kind and sold us on the place. Even the climate controlled units were fairly inexpensive compared to other places. I highly recommend them.

I been with these guys since last year and Ill tell you what they are the best in cincinnati!! The customer skills is excellent even when I was down in hawaii and I need it to pay my bill I call Snezana the manager and she took care of me I was pleased and happy with the service I got!! These guys are the best anyone need a storage this is the place to go!!

I have stored at many different places over the years and this Uncle Bobs site is the best of the all! Great amenities! Always clean and I love the 24 hour access. The manager Court is great too. She is always friendly, fully of energy and is awesome at customer service. You cant go wrong with picking this place to store your stuff!

I had to stop in last minute to get a quick unit, I was able to get all questions answered over the phone and make a reservation where all units and amenities were explained thuroughly. Once on site, Lisa was there to help and ensure I got the best deal. I would highly reccomend this company.

Court and Nicole are awesome! They are always so helpful and willing to go the extra mile. They always greet you with a smile on their faces. The property is really clean and I have had no issues since i been there. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone needing storage.
