Had the worst experience with Closetbox. My husband and I were in the process of closing on our home. Searching for the easiest and most convenient services to ensure a smooth process we hired closestbox. On Moving Day (out of our apartment) the movers arrived late and failed to finish in a timely manner - forcing us to rush beg the landlords additional time without penalty to finish cleaning our unit. After hauling our items away we never heard from the vendor nor closetbox - confirming items arrived to the warehouse. My husband called approx. 1 week later and spoke with a representative who then informed him that items would soon be uploaded online. Fast forward to roughly two months later -- you submit a request and wait to hear back from them on when they are able to deliver your items. (whhhhhaaaat) we went back and forth with this company, (spoke with "east coast" managers) pleading with them to schedule our drop off late afternoon or weekend due to our work schedules. The website lists false advertising regarding delivery hours (8:30-5:30pm) , after calling them out on it .. theyve NOW removed it from the FAQS page. Another rep told me the state of Georgia only allowed afternoon deliveries. (false) Growing extremely frustrated at this point my mother in law to took a morning off from work to wait for the delivery - and received many items broken. Requested only a lamp (given to us as a wedding gift) to be reimbursed. Jonathan emailed stating items would be replaced .. never heard back from him. Please please do your research before hiring this company!!!! Moving into a new home is already stressful ... the storage and delivery of your personal items should be somewhat the easy part of the process!

I cant say enough great things about Closetbox storage. It was super easy to call and schedule my appointment, and they even took the time to figure out whether I had reserved the right amount of storage so I felt confident that everything would fit and would be the price I was quoted. They gave me a 2 hour time window for when the movers would arrive and they came about an hour into the time window which was perfect and exactly what I expected. The movers were super awesome, very careful with all my stuff and got it efficiently packed up and moved into their truck. It honestly was pretty mind blowing what an amazing experience it was. I just had to schedule the pick up and the rest was a piece of cake, my things were whisked off into storage and I just pay a monthly price for the storage, which is also a super reasonable price given they pick up all your things for you! They even were able to pick up and store my washer and dryer which was a huge plus! Also very helpful and friendly on the phone, I never had to wait to talk to them, they picked up right away.

Closetbox really made the process of moving out of our dorms really easy for me and my roommates. With stress from finals and packing all our things to go, the last thing I needed was stress from a storage company to move our things for us and thankfully this company made the entire process stress free for me. Customer service is 10/10. Easy to access, they make everything simple. Im still surprised by how easy the entire moving process was cause I really expected it to be much more difficult but all I did was pack up my stuff and on moving day, the movers came into our dorms, took inventory of all our stuff, moved it all out and made me sign some papers. All I had to do was show them where to park and give them access to the dorm building. I really enjoyed this experience with Closetbox and now I know where to go to store my stuff over summer for the next three years of college.

We recently found Closetbox Storage and are very pleased with the service we received. We have been renting a storage space for several years for our Christmas decorations... the price kept going up so we began searching for another solution! We found a perfect match for our needs at a much lower cost. To top of the benefits they came and picked up the items, inventoried them and we will only pay for the amount of square footage we need for our "stuff". The representatives that came to pick everything up were prompt, courteous and professional. I am very pleased with Closetbox Storage!

REALLY THEY GET 0 STARS TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE... Closet box is HORRIBLE! These people are incompetent. Was never fully informed of fees and policies and was given inconsistent information. This company has been billing me for the past 5 months even though I have closed the account and gotten my items out of storage. They have "lost" emails with personal information and made countless other mistakes. The concept of the service is great but the execution is horrid.

We used this storage facility this summer to store items from my sons dorm room .The men who came to pick up the items from his dorm room were very professional and efficient. They arrived at the set time and were very organized. I called to set a date for the items to be brought back to his new dorm room in August and the person on the phone was very helpful. I definitely will be using this storage facility again next year!

Really enjoyed my experience with Closetbox. I needed to move out of one apartment and into a new one 3 months later, so this was the perfect company for me. Three men came promptly at 9 am to pick up all of my furniture, they wrapped it and carried it down half a flight of stairs very efficiently. Overall cost is very reasonable for storage and the free pickup saved me a lot of time and money.

Absolutely amazing! All I had to do was pack up my things, unhook a few items and the rest was taken care of! Customer service was excellent as well. Anytime I had a question I always reached someone on the phone who was eager to answer my question or point me in the direction of someone could. If I ever have to move again, Ill surely use this company!

ClosetBox is a great idea! The best part is they pick up your stuff and move it to the storage facility for you. The price is also comparable to other storage facilities in the area. We had a great experience with this service, so I would absolutely recommend it if youre looking for a safe and convenient way to store your stuff!

Excellent service at a great price. The movers did an excellent job of wrapping all our furniture and belongings. The total cost is much less than paying for movers and storage separately. Will definitely recommend to friends and family for short term storage needs.
