I came to This storage cause I was really close to it because I was in town and I was in a hotel and I had so much luggage so I decided to find a storage and I had found this place but its amazing very nice & clean plus the staff lady rose that she works there shes totally super nice and friendly she help me a alot To fine me a good unit she really understand what I had totally was looking for the size and space so I definitely recommend this Location plus if you ever decide to get a unit then you better let (ROSE )to help you.....

Moving is stressful. I went to Public Storage at first. I never felt so rushed and unwelcome by the staff. I was so disappointed in the service, I left without renting even though I knew I had to do something that day. I then called Extra Space Storage and was greeted by Doug. The way he treated me completely changed my attitude towards customer service. I toured the facility and rented a unit that day. If you are looking for a new, clean, safe, storage unit and want to be treated graciously...this is the place to go.

Keep Calm & Roll Tide

Currently renting a storage unit from this location, the staff is very professional and very courteous! I love the manager Doug (I think his name is) Honestly, I choose this place because I knew it was newer and I have really bad OCD so I need something fresh, new & tidy and this place is just that EVERYTIME I go up there!!! I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for the best storage facility!!

We stored the vast majority of our belongings here for 5 months while we waited for our new house to be built. The facility is clean and easily accessible. I was happy with the security measures, and the staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is price and getting into and out of the facility is a little bit cumbersome.
