This was really my first experience legitimately storing most of my most personal items, and I had heard many stories from close friends that they hadnt had good experiences at other storage companies. I was already anxious about storing my things as it was; however, I read good reviews about Uncle Bobs online, and not only were my expectations met, they were exceeded. Compared to my other methods of storing in the past, I really saved a lot of money storing with Uncle Bobs, even if their prices are a bit more expensive than some of the local competition. I would say the higher cost was totally worth it - never did I feel uneasy about the security of my belongings, and the facility is really in great condition and clean. The store manager at #407 in Atlanta, John, was exceptional with handling all questions and concerns I had throughout my three month stay. The entire staff there is refreshingly professional and friendly. I especially appreciated feeling valued as a customer even though Im college student and a storage novice. 10/10 would store my belongings with this Uncle Bobs facility again if I ever have to!

I met Tom on one of the most stressful days of my life. I had just arrived from Maine and was moving to Atlanta for work. The moving company that was bringing my stuff had called and was arriving two weeks early. I was still living in a hotel and had no idea what I was going to do. After finding Uncle Bobs on Yelp I called and they told me to come right in and meet with Tom. He was amazing! He put me right at ease and helped me find just the right size storage space as well as fill out my forms. I want everyone is looking for a place to store things to give Tom call. I have stores things many times over the years and this was the best service I have ever received! Thank you Tom and remember to ask for me if you ever stop by PCM!

John is an awesome guy and a man of integrity. I lost $50 this morning when i was at my storage and i just came back to my storage after church to look again. I asked John if he seen a $50 and he said no. I went up to my storage and as i was leaving he was taking the garbage out and he said here is a fifty had got stuck by the fence in the dumbster. John did not have to do that . Some people would not be that honest. This makes me proud to have a storage here at Life Storage, to know you have people like John on staff is extremely comforting. Offered to buy him lunch and he said " no thanks just pay it forward." REAL CHARACTER

This particular Uncle Bobs was chosen specifically because of the management team. We had looked at competitors and other nearby Uncle Bobs, and chose this one. We have not been disappointed. In fact, the operation under Mr. Rinehart has even improved. He is responsive to our needs and comments (especially if we notice something needing attention), is always considerate, an maintains arguably the cleanest self storage facility around. We have recommended him and this specific location to a number of people, including our immediate neighbors, GT students and our HOA management company.

This is an excellent branch of Uncle Bobs and it is due to John and his staff. They are very professional, care about their customers and give 110% to make sure the experience is pleasant and the least stressful. I use it to store my daughters things while a student at Georgia Tech. The facility is always clean, well-protected and has plenty of carts for use. We checked out other storage facilities near Georgia Tech and this was the best one. John and his staff (sorry I forgot the gentlemans name) do an excellent job at running the 14th St. Uncle Bobs.

Absolutely one of the best storage facilities ever! Ive used this facility before under another owner but am I am still very pleased with the customer service, cleanliness, and most importantly security. I was also able to purchase inexpensive items for my move such as packing tape, mattress covers, etc. John Rinehart who assisted me with purchasing my unit was so helpful and knowledgeable of every inch of the facility. If youre looking for a quality storage unit this should be your first and only choice!

This place is amazing. Great security. Clean. Easy to navigate. Its the little things that sets this place apart - the extra security to use the elevators, the wide parking lot for moving vans, the wide hallways, the extra equipment. Even the soothing classical music playing in the halls is a perfect touch - they know that moving is stressful and do what they can to alleviate the stress. I would gladly use them again.

Jon and Israel are the best! I have rented several storage units throughout various states in my lifetime and this has been hands-down the best experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend them for their service, safety, and friendliness of the staff - they made all the difference. They run some great specials as well so be sure to take advantage of those! Cant say enough good things about this location!!!!

I was moving to Atlanta from out of state and needed a storage unit. John was very helpful in setting me up with a new unit over the phone. I was very pleased when I finally got here and saw how clean and secure the building was. I ended up needing a second unit and they were able to help me find one close to my first unit. The staff was very helpful when starting the whole process of renting a unit. The manager was great! He explained all the features and amenities and gave a tour of the facility. Any questions I have had they were prompt to answer. The location of this storage is awesome. Really recommend if you are looking for a quality storage with a great staff.

Very clean, extremely secure, and easy to access. The service was fantastic and everything was explained thouroughly. The paperwork secures your insurance, monthly payment, and offers a truck rental. They also sell box packages perfect for moving! Would recommend!
