Always kind and very helpful. Hats off to the management and staff. That was on the 2nd. I was given time to clean up but the dumpster was full and I could not get my trash in the dumpster and I was told I was going to be charge 250 if I left any trades beside the dumpster or in the room I got into the dumpster myself been cleared out paladin 13 pallets in the trash and going down once I got into the dumpster to finish my product one of the associates the campus the rest of the time when we were moving out thing as if we were going to do something illegal I feel disrespected and extra storage space on Lakewood freeway is not the place for your business because they pretend to be customer service or you in the beginning and then in the end theres more money that they need to get from you $250 because their dumpster was not empty the dumpster was full I could not get it empty because the dumpster pain and it couldnt get it because it was repairs done to the pad in front of the dumpster I feel like my service up here its been very bad Ive been here almost probably going to nine months maybe a year now at any rate Im not sure how long I have a long Ive been here I feel like I was spider for 250 because their dumpster was not full however we got it to the dump the package track down got the rest of my Tristan side of the dumpster with all items out of the room I was in a clear the room if I can afford to Ill be out of here by the end of the month dont come to the storage place these people are reckless and only power to help his power over the trash not customer service

On March,25 2016 I Recived Excellent Service from start to finish recived excellent recommendation that best fit my needs an affordable per my situation. Showed patience an took time to show available units on foot with no hesitation but enthusiasm smile an bubbly personality complimented with great product knowlege of phcility an procedures rules an regulations an times of operation. I recently moved to Ga and was disappointed that my apartment complex did not have a storage facility large enough to store my extra household goods. I called around the city and acquired quotes, but only Extra Space Storage took the time to ask me about my move from L.A., in addition to inquiring about what I would be doing in Atlanta. Specifically, the manager of the establishment (Troy) did an excellent job of recommending restaurants, churches, etc. He made a bad situation good which in my opinion is what TRUE customer service is about. For going above and beyond it is my great pleasure to write this review on behalf of Troy and I highly recommend Extra Space Storage to all those in search of a good storage space at affordable prices with a staff that demonstrates exemplary customer service.

The customer service at this facility is the best. I have used other storage facilities such as PS, Bobs, etc., and the service here stands out. They do whatever they can to make me a happy camper, and that I am!!! The grounds are always clean, Im not sure how they do it, but they do!! They are always pleasant, professional, and accommodating. It seems as though our comfort and satisfaction is their goal. I would not believe it if anyone were to say anything less that positive about this staff. I have watched the way they work together, and its an awesome team!!!! Id give them a lot more than 10 stars!!! Thanks!

This place was excellent and prompt with handling my last minute needs, seriously Nikki was professional, understanding and even provided options where I could choose from many different sizes. I had been stressed because as we all know, moving is always stressful but she put me at ease with her STELLAR customer service. I normally dont leave reviews but I just couldnt pass up the thought of NOT leaving a review. What was beginning to look like a day full of hell she added a touch of grace to my day. I really was having a moment but upon arriving the two ladies in the office was so friendly especially Ms.Yolanda I was in there at least 15 minutes she explained everything and even took me to she the unit. It was nice a clean from the office to the unit. And I was telling my situation and she listen and told me I was where u are but things are going to get better. So thanks for hiring such a sweet spirit lady. Such a blessing to have someone working for you that has a humble soul. So thank you Ms. Yolanda for just listening to me.

I used this facility to store my household belongings while I lived overseas for 3 years. The price was right and insurance was reasonable. The facility is conveniently located near the freeway and I never worried about my belongings. Since I was living abroad, I was able to use auto pay or pay for the unit online, which was very helpful. All of the interactions I had with the staff were pleasant and Id recommend the facility to anyone looking for temporary or long-term storage in Atlanta.

First of all, Ive had a unit here for 10 years and the price for a 4 x 5 has doubled, until I ended up paying $100 for this small unit. Yet no upgrades have been made to my unit or the building. Secondly, they NEVER, EVER answer their phone, but there is always someone there! Trying to paying my bill by phone is very frustrating and the only time they answer the phone is when I call corporate and have them patch me through. SO, they pick up for corporate. The staff is unprofessional.

She was very helpful in finding a unit that would meet my specifications. She was helpful and courteous while I figured just what size unit I needed. Ran into a few issues with the mover trying to get a tractor trailer parked close to the correct size storage unit for easy unload. Things were starting to get ugly until Lisa stepped up and made other arrangements for a storage unit that worked best for all. She turned my frown upside down and made everything right.
