Go elsewhere & save yourself the headache. Have 2 units- one has been blocked by someone sleeping in their tractor-trailer a few nights. Exit gate has been broken for a month, tonight tried to drop off a truck full of stuff and the entry gate was slightly open but stuck, nothing but a motorcycle can get through. They paved and painted everything, looks nice but prior to painting they pressure washed; no storage unit door can hold back a pressure washer. Plenty of my stuff got wet, but no damage. One evening couldnt get in and had to call the corporate number. They couldnt explain it but "reset" my codes and I got access. Theres currently a very high end RV + trailer near entrance- folks have been living in it at times. Your rates will go up after 6 months, you just have to deal with it. ****there is no possible way to reach anyone after hours. As with tonight, not being able to drop my stuff or even access my stuff, youre simply out of luck. Call corporate and they CLAIM they only have the office number (which is forwarded to corporate BTW). Thats BS but it doesnt matter, they wont budge. If its not office hours, theres simply a good chance you wont be able to get to your unit.

This was our first experience using a storage facility. We checked around at all the ones in our area. The manager here, Ashley was very helpful. We described what we had and what we needed, she was able to set us up with exactly the size that met our needs. When we needed a bigger unit, she was quickly helped us select the most economical method to change. She had our paper work done quickly, and even anticipated some our questions. The units are clean and easy to access.
