Ive been going through a very hard time in my personal life, physically & financially. Sharon has faithfully worked with me & called me monthly to remind me of when the payment is due if I would forget. She is so kind, professional, & courteous! She has went far & beyond what any other person would do trying to be helpful! She is one of the few people who actually care about the customers & being helpful. You can definitely tell she is actually there for the customers rather than only the paycheck. I now consider her my friend. I would highly recommend this storage place to anyone! It is handled professionally, courteously, & units are very clean & cared for!

Super clean and staff extremely helpful. My parents had used this location for long term storage over 2016-2017 and have had nothing but great things to say about Sharon and the facility. I started shopping around for storage space a few months before I actually needed to use it...Sharon added me to her calendar and called me with the available storage unit options a few weeks before my relocation. So very helpful...took much of the stress out of this somewhat irksome task.

Been a customer here since 2009 and Jenny Burchfield gives the best customer service. Weather its payments or seeing her on the property she is always so nice and has a smile. I reccomend Extra Space Storage to everyone I know! 28 Jan 2017 stopped n received professional help from Sharon n Patty for my storage needs. Definitely a A 1 storage facility.

Sharon was very kind and helpful! She helped me out with everything and got me in and out quickly since she knew I was on stone crunch. She also let me know about the 10 day grace period instead of paying for a while extra month which is very nice. I have already recommended this unit to a friend. 10/10

Clean storage spaces at great rates. Sharon is an outstanding on site manager and was very helpful in switching out one of our units with another to accommodate our needs. A 53 foot semi also can drive/fit through the units. Would definitely use Extra Space Storage in Fairfield again!
