I rented space from Mike Brown on May 23, 2015 after having just driven 18 hours from Texas. I was tired, cranky and ready to unload so that I could get some rest. Mike was very very helpful, calming and reassuring during the process. He explained the rental process in great detail and was very helpful explaining how the locking system worked. He even showed me how to properly lock my unit before giving me the lock to try it for myself. He stood nearby to ensure I was able to lock my unit securely. I cannot say enough about Mike Brown. He was courteous, kind, willing, personable, knowledgeable...the list goes on and on. In a world where the term "excellence in customer service" is near non-existence, Mike Brown renewed my faith that great customer service is not dead. Thanks, Mike, for all your help. As for the grounds, very very clean. In fact, when I first arrived to the facility, Mike was out back sweeping. Very nice first impression.

The grounds, office, and storage areas are very clean and well maintained. The storage areas are also secure with great lighting. The individual storage areas are constructed so that entry to animals or rodents are not permissible, or excessive moisture. Heavy duty latches also secure the doors of the units. Almost forgot to mention that the rental prices are very reasonable, and not a lot of red tape to get started. They will even allow you to use a truck without cost, as available. The attendant, M. Brown, is very professional and friendly; makes doing business at Uncle Bobs easy and enjoyable - even paying your bill. Have rented for approx. 5-6 months, and glad I found them! AKA C. Jenkins

T Breezy Plays

It is a pleasure to come into the office and pay my bill to Miss Adrienne. She is so upbeat and always has a smile. It is a complete contrast to the store manager whom always seems to be burdened, yet somewhat personable. The grounds seem to be in great condition, as when I have been in my locker the past few times, Miss Adrienne was outside cleaning walls in the walkways and the outside of locker doors. As a customer who was recommended this location from a former customer, as long as this pleasant young lady is working for Uncle Bobs, I dont think you can find a better storage unit anywhere in the city. Thank you Miss Adrienne for taking great care in your business!

I want to first of all thank Michael Brown, manager at this uncle bob storage site. He was absolutely wonderful. He tried to get me to relax and take my time because of my disability I wasnt able to do a lot of the packing and moving myself. I was a box of nerves, which landed me in the hospital the same night I had rented my unit. He was very kind and the grounds are well maintained. I really want to express how grateful I am to have him calmly and professionally take care of my needs. He was also very courteous. Mike makes Uncle Bobs Self Storage a wonderful place and I would recommend it to anyone that needs to store things. Thanks Michael.

Rented a unit as we were downsizing and preparing for a move to a retirement facility. This Uncle Bobs was just between home and our new cottage, a mile away in each direction - very convenient!! Property is always clean, free of vermin. Michael unfailingly pleasant and accommodating. Very handy to have boxes and other supplies on sale at the site. Great to have 24-hr. access. One suggestion: better lighting in units.

We have seen quite a few management changes over the years and I will personally say that Mike Brown, the current manager, is one of the best we have dealt with. Very easy to work with, Friendly and always puts you 1st as the customer. I highly recommend this place. Its secure, clean and they always keeps things up-to-date.
