So you know how you read reviews and there all good & nothing bad & then you wonder if the reviews are really true?! Welp, everything mentioned in these reviews are TRUE!!! Tameka is every bit of professional, caring and understanding. She took time to explain the process and to make sure we had everything we needed for our move in!!! She even went above and beyond and waited past closing time for us to arrive to complete our paperwork process!!!! Each time meeting, her spirit was beautiful and she never onced presented flustered or unprofessional!! Thanks Temeka for the superb customer service and may blessings!!!

I highly reccomend everyone to make life storage your local storage!!! Great customer service is hard to find now a days!!! Temika which is the store manager at the mableton location is awesome, funny, detailed, patient, and very respectful!!! Encountering great customer service to start off my day has becomed the highlight of my day!! Me and my fiance are greatful to have her and please keep her at the mableton location :-)!!! My household items of 20 years have been safe and secure at the Life Storage facility in Mableton, GA since June 2016. During this time, Temeka (Store Manager) has communicated payment due dates and other charges in a timely manner, which allowed me time to work through financial challenges and retain my precious belongings. She has shown uncommon care and concern in the most friendly manner. I thank God for people like this whom have aided me through the challenges of life. Life Storage cares!!!

OMG Tameka was GREAT!!!! so first when I got there she was help Ms Hanes who by the way is funny has hell!!, she was very helpful and patient with her and went right into helping me. It was 30 minutes to her lunch, and she is serious about her food, so she made the process quick and smooth. I understood all policies and procedures, she was very helpful with information about my move and truck rental. In by 1215pm out by 105pm a little pass her lunch lol !!!! Temeka you are awesome !!!!

This is my second time utilizing Uncle Bobs self storage, and I love it.Tameka gave excellent service from beginning to end. There wasnt a question she wasnt capable of answering. She made sure that I understood everything. She showed me how to open the gate and how to open and lock my storage. She is even gave me a little discount that I was grateful for. The storage was clean and is well hidden from outside traffic. FYI Tameka is amazing, she takes customer service to the max!

Did a online reservation was quick and easy. Got a call the following day about their free truck rental only downfall you had to go to another location to pick it up. Spoke with Temeka(Manager on Duty) whom was a excellent help for all the questions and concerns I had.. The overall process was quick right to the point and still within my price range, great place will always recommend/will always be my 1st choice

Uncle Bobs Storage units have the best customer service Ive seen in a long while. Tameka, over on Veterans Memorail Hwy, Mableton GA went above and beyond to help me get a storage unit and to move in. Uncle Bobs on Austell Road rates equally as high in my book. They do everything they can to help you and they do it with a smile. Definitely a 5 star experience.

She gave us her best guest of which size we needed and she was right. I had a truly enjoyable experience with her. If you use uncle bobs storage, make sure you ask for Tameka.
