Locked out of gate during move while in rental truck, they placed a second lock on my unit for days while never missing a payment. never answered phone. After I had left my unit unlocked for 6 hours for movers to access it they told me that I had better clear it out the same day or they would charge my card, all under the assumption that I was moving out (I wasnt, but you can bet I did just so I could quit dealing with them).

Came in enquiring about storage and Missy G. Was just so helpful and sweet!! She made me feel right at home and more than comfortable to leave my things in the facility. I need to talk over the details with my husband but we will be back to rent this week. She was so helpful and even showed me all the merchandise Im going to need. Things I had not thought about!!
