The overall facility is very nice, easy access and well lit. What I am most disappointed about is there is someone actually living out of a space. During the initial tour the manager on duty and I ran into this individual changing clothes at his unit. The manager subsequently apologized and I really didnt think anymore about it. I didnt realize after I signed my contract I would run into this particular individual on all of my visits, what a coincidence! Needless to say, I have not brought my wife over to see the space because with my luck, we will run into him again while he is changing clothes. What gives Extra Space Storage? It clearly states in the contract there is no "living" out of the unit. Does that mean no sleeping in the unit? Apart from that, I am pleased with my space.

I have a very busy life and hassle free service is a priority to me. I was not pressured into any unnecessary expenses and the on-site management was extremely helpful and courteous. They got me exactly what I needed and took time to make sure I was satisfied with the unit I needed. I am very confident that my possessions are going to be secured once I leave them. I love that access to the units are only accessed by a security code to go inside a secured building. The competitive price is also a plus. Thanks Extra Space for making my experience hassle free. I will be recommending your service.

They lied twice about the contract. I was promised a free month by staff, noticed the mistake while signing the contract, was told sorry and that the previous pages I signed obligated me to the payment already. No management available. Ridiculous. Also told me i had 2000 insurance coverage by staff... found out afterwards looking at paperwork that she only put me down for 1000. When i talked to staff to fix the issue was also told tough luck, already signed paperwork.

Great, clean, huge, temperature controlled, indoor storage facility with easy access and very friendly staff (Jamie and Beth). Within 20 minutes of our home building site. One caveat: if using a typical moving van, it will not be able to drive into the facility due to 11 height limitationn, though there are loading docks to accomodate access for them. Except for that, this is a perfect facility for you.

The bldg has been remodeled and units are very clean. Lori was professional, personable, and knowledgeable about the business. Zac did a great job handling all the documentation necessary to get this handled in a timely manner. Anticipate no issues coming from my choice of using this facility and this company going forward. Was a very easy and enjoyable business-related experience.

Lori Zac and Jamie James were absolutely freaking awesome. Very professional and friendly did everything they could make sure we got our stuff unloaded from our pod and into the facility ( like cutting a lock to get a door open) I would recommend this facility to family and friend

We love it! You can move your items into storage without worrying about the weather. Very clean and well maintained. The Store Manager was very nice and helpful. They have great online deals and referral bonuses! So glad we decided to rent storage space here.

Not secure enough. Break in just recently happened and storage holders werent notified. True enough things happen. However, peoples entire livelihood is stored in these cubicles. Beef up security. We pay enough.
