Everything was great with this unit until I canceled it. A week later I was surprised I was auto-billed for another month. Beyond the inconvenience of this, it happened at a very unfortunate time, the charge that went through because of their error was going to bounce my rent check. I called the local branch office and then spoke with the call center, and everything came back to the same result: They could see and admitted I properly canceled the unit, and that I was charged in error. The said they are going to reverse the charges first thing next day, because the manager was no longer in the office (this was during standard business hours). No-one cared that my rent check was going to bounce because of their mistake, and they started telling me that I needed to be patient, as if I was the cause of the problem. -edit- After 4 calls, the corporate director heard about it and reversed the charge immediately without calling me, so my rent check did not bounce. He called me the next day to make sure everything was ok. Although the whole process was irritating, it ended up getting properly handled. Adjusting to 4 stars, everything else has been great with them.

If I could give them a negative 20 ... I would.. We pick the storage facility because it was close, new and indoors .... big mistake! I had no clue that this was a small company. I had my things there for a whole year, paying religously. However the month that I informed them that I would be moving into a new space, they ACCIDENTAL SOLD ALL OF MY BUSINESS FURNITURE, EQUIPMENT AND PAPERWORK. $50,000 gone just like that. They even allowed us to pay on our storage unit that was empty and didnt call us until a month after the incident happened, even though they were made aware of it immediately when it happened. They call us for payment EVERY month, but didnt call when this happened. To add insult to injury, getting in contact with a person that could help us was like pulling teeth and finally when we did, they only offered us $5000 .... ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Now my business cant open and employees dont have a place to work out of because we now have to buy all new everything. I think this is a news worthy story... How many times has this happened? How can they get away with this? BEWARE !! READ THEIR CONTRACT!!

I rented a truck for a few hours and refueled it before I returned it. Because it was after business hours, I dropped the key in the drop box. When I got the receipt the next day, they had charged me for $30 of gas. I called them to have them correct the mistake, and they completely blew me off. Avoid renting a truck here; they dont listen to customers, and read the gas lower than it is to charge extra.

This was the best experience yet! My family recommemded me to try this storage unit when first moving to ATL. I experienced GREAT customer service!!! They helped me find a great unit for the size i needed and when i called provided me updates on my contract information. I strongly recommend using their business when moving!

Ive been to a few storage places and this one is by far the best hands down. The prices are more than I was expecting however John the assistant manager and Siohban were MORE than helpful in getting my needs taken care of. Thank you guys for an AWESOME job well done.

Really friendly staff plus bottled water, coffee pods, and cookies for their customers. Appreciate the fact that they have a shredding service on site. Storage units are clean.
