I have used this facility for over 5 years and it has significantly gone down hill the past year under the new location manager and staff. I use the unit for business and I travel quite a bit. The only reason I chose this location was because not only was it convenient, I was told they would make sure my packages would be put into my unit. This was being done up until the last year, and I would even get an e-mail stating that I had something delivered to my unit. OUTSTANDING service at the time! NOW, they just sit it in the lobby hallway where you may or may not be able to get your package(s) as you never know when someone will be in the office. It took me three tries to get a very important delivery this week. I could see it in the window, but couldnt get it as no one was in the office. I needed this package for a very important meeting but I couldnt get it. LOST sales on my part. Upon finally picking up my package I was told that they are not supposed to put packages in our units and that I could call ahead of time to make sure someone would be there for me to pick up my package. I stated I had tried to call but I have never in the over 5 years of renting a unit had someone pick up the phone. I have left a message in the past and NO ONE has returned my call. NOT exactly convenient for the customer. NO APOLOGY for the inconvenience and the I DONT CARE attitude is very disturbing to say the least. I also have a light in my unit that has NEVER worked. I have asked about it many times but yet again, no one seems to care. To add insult to injury this week I received a RENT INCREASE in the mail this week. NOT VERY HAPPY with CubeSmart!!!!

The people were nice, however, CubeSmart allows one free month and 10% booking on line discount. I did this for a 10x10 unit. When I was shown the unit, it had a severely slanted roof. The manager Eric, said the reserved unit with the agreed upon rate only counted for the slanted roof unit. This was not going to work, so I had to sign for and get another unit as the movers were on the way. Bait and switch. Now they will have a new District Manager on the 17th, and Im supposed to take it up with that person. The truck they promised was free, although $10 admin fee. They didnt tell me ahead of time that the $100 deposit had to be in cash. Glad my friend had it on her. He also didnt give me the code to get in and the office was locked when we returned with the truck. This was just yesterday. so its fresh in my mind.

I am a repeat customer at this location and have always been very pleased. The staff is fantastic - professional, personable, and very helpful. I first spoke to Janet about availability, and she was very helpful. A day later I spoke to Ash, who also was helpful. 5 days later I go into pay for my storage unit, and Ash remembered all of the details about our phone conversation. Wow! Love the location, and I do miss the free truck for 2 hours on move-in day (long political story). Storage unit is perfect for my currents needs. The only thing keeping this location from getting 5 stars is the rat droppings by one of the elevators (I noticed a rat poison pouch was in my unit). I understand rats will get in, but a daily cleaning of the floors would make this location sparkle. Would highly recommend.

We moved into 4 units from another storage unit because it was closer to our office. We have not been pleased. Customer service is lacking, the office is rarely available when you go and have a concern, one of the lights does not work in our unit and I have requested repairs on 3 separate occasions, and while climate controlled, it is not kept cool enough to work in when necessary in the summer and is so cold in the winter that your hands freeze if you have to be there for any amount of time. I would not recommend them and if it wasnt such a pain to move again, I would have already moved out. Too bad our experience has not been as positive as the previous two reviews.

I have been pleased since day one. Now three moths later, my needs grew and Janet was most helpful in finding the perfect second unit for me while I work at getting my house ready to sell, just down the street. I appreciate the hospitality each time come there. I also value the safe and secure features of the property has (i.e., secured gates as well as secured sliding doors and cameras throughout) making me feel safe as I load, unload and place items in the storage units. That is very important to me. Thank you Janet and CubeSmart for making this very difficult moving process so much easier!!

I highly recommend for this location Cube Smart. Every good environment and cool in the summer, warm in the winter-just like someone live inside! All your stuff or merchandise are in safe place and temperature. The two managers in there are very nice, friendly and also very carefully on details. They always remind you when you need help. The best thing I like is their Logistics. When a lot of stuff come in my unit, they will accept for you when you are not in there and help you to put in your unit. Safe, clean, cool, and nice service ever!

Ash was so awesome!!! He helped me not only reserve the right storage unit for my needs but he did it like 3 different times because every time I went home I realized I had more "stuff" than I actually thought I did. Mind you, he did it without a single complaint. I have not received customer service this stellar in forever! And believe me when I say I am not easily pleased but is a huge stickler for excellent customer service. Thanks Ash for exceeding my expections over and over......and over!!!!!!! You deserve a raise!!!!!! :)))

This is my first time using storage space. Janeigh spent time on the phone helping me to pick the right size space for what I needed and giving me all the details. Once I was onsite, Ash explained all the paperwork, sent me email copies of each of them, and showed me how to gain access to my storage spot. I had called several other places, but not only were CubeSmarts prices the best, the customer service was excellent!! Thank you guys!!

Ashton was very professional and friendly. He didnt try to oversell us on our unit size which I know most places will always try to do just to make more money. He thoroughly explained everything to us out of our 15 plus questions we had going over the lease. He made us feel very comfortable storing at cubesmart. Other than the boxes being a bit pricey, the location is great and the place is very clean.
