I had the pleasure of being checked in by Mr. Ron Payne, and I can not say enough wonderful things about my experience. Mr. Payne was pleasant, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, kind and just an overall shining example of how customer service should be today. The facility is awesome, the actual storage space was very clean, and the way in which the entrance to the units is designed so that you arent hindered by inclement weather during your move in or move out is certainly a welcome design touch. I am pleased with my experience. I look forward to interacting with the entire staff.

I went in to purchase items from packing and had only intended to get a few boxes. I met Michelle the manager on duty and what a surprise. I was stressed and hurried but she made me feel calm and relaxed. I ended up buying 2 bags (starter kits she called them). Turns out she was right, I did need that many boxes. She was delightful, friendly and very helpful. It was clean and smelled really fresh. Get your supplies here and if I have questions or need storage I will be back to see Michelle again. **My wife even liked her and thats a plus. **

I I gave this place five stars because its excellent in every way. I wish that the storage unit had 24 hour access, but at least it makes it more safe and secure. Its access hours are from 6 AM to 10 PM every day. The price is a great bargain, the location is ideal, and the whole look and feel of the building is secure, clean, and spacious. The employees here are extremely friendly, extremely helpful, and provide customer service that goes above and beyond. I would give them six starts if I could! Thanks Life Storage!

She offered me a truck to help with my move as well as much needed packing materials. The facilities was very clean and has always been the same since my move in August 2016. I reserved a storage unit Saturday morning, was able to move in that day. Great and friendly service, reasonable prices. The ease of access to the unit was amazing. I had to move a couch, bed, and other miscellaneous items into the unit and it couldnt have been easier. Pull right up to the door, theres the elevator, step off the elevator and there are the storage units. And theyre super clean with wide hallways. I would highly recommend.

Brand new storage facility conveniently located in Dunwoody just behind the Target shopping center. Super clean throughout, including clean bathrooms. Good selection of storage unit sizes and very easy to get into and out of. The complimentary truck rental that comes with the unit rental and the easy online account management is super handy. Staff is incredibly helpful, accommodating, and friendly! Great move-in experience.

Life Storage is in a great location in Dunwoody with staff that clearly has a lot of experience. Natalie has been helping my family out for a year now and we have come back to request another storage unit because we love the service here. She has been very kind as we have a lot of international shipments coming in since we are out of the country. Well be coming here as long as we can since the service has been outstanding!

I moved here from Las Vegas recently! I called back in June because I really needed to secure a storage unit for my belongings. I was told to speak to the manager, Natalie Robertson. She was very accommodating and understanding over the phone. When I came into the office the amazing customer service didnt end. Natalie took her time, explained my options and showed me around!

I rented a unit from Uncle Bobs Storage on July 8th. Natalie (Store Manager) was an absolute pleasure to work with. She even called the Tilly Mill location to double-check on the truck that was supposedly not available until Monday July 11th.
