Today my husband and I went to our public storage unit, it was the first time that I actually met the lovely young woman who ran the place ,Jean Josh. My husband had not been exagerating when he told me that she was an extremely nice and friendly person, very professional and extremely knowledgeable about everything to do with her position at Public Storage. Even though we just met today we had a lovely conversation and it wad as if we had been friends for years. And while she was talking with me she never missed a beat,readily answering the phones, patiently listening to the callers questions and providing them with.answers and qualiyty customer care and sevice. And doing all this with a smile on her face and in her heart. Dhe made the job look effortless. This is one of the best public storages that I have used in regards to customer service upkeep of the facility and cleanliness of the facility and I would recommend this particular public storage to anyone I know.And i want her employers to know that Miss Jean Josh is the glue that brings it all together and she provides the magic that makes this particular public storage such a pleasure to work with. what reasons do we love that place

Stopped by to view a couple of storage units because my husband I are selling our house in a month or two. And as anyone knows selling a house can be stressful and add that to being pregnant and having a 2 year old. Miss KeKe (kiki?) was very helpful and patient as I could not decide how big of a unit I wanted. She showed me every size they had available and gave me some good ideas on how to pack it. I didnt have any idea on how renting a storage space would be but she made is very easy. She even showed me how to make reservation on her phone as mine had died. I told her I would do a review as soon as I got home because I did give her a hard time a first but she was kind the entire time. Will definitely be storing here in the near future.

Ive been a long standing customer at this facility. I stopped by with the goal of vacating my current unit and renting a smaller one. PM Jean informed me that if I transfer it would save me money. After reviewing her report, she found me a unit two doors down from mine, which made the move much easier, quicker, and less stressful. Pm Jean completed the necessary paperwork while I completed the move saving additional time, and thoroughly reviewed the new revised contract with me. Her infectious personality and professionalism is a credit to your organization. Thanks Jean.

Carlene was absolutely wonderful. She got us into the right sized unit and answered every one of our questions. The price for the unit was great compared to other units we viewed UPDATE: THEY HAVE RATS. AFTER 6 MONTHS I WENT TO GET SOME OF MY FURNITURE OUT AND THERE WAS RAT HOLES IN THE COUCHES, DROPPINGS EVERYWHERE YOU CAN SEE AND THE UNIT SMELLED LIKE WET FUR! THEY DID NOTHING TO COMPENSATE ME EVEN WITH THE REQUIRED INSURANCE AND I LOST $3500 WORTH OF FURNITURE, NEVER MIND MY OTHER BELONGINGS

Ms Jean was a great assistance to my and my husband. When when first my reservation we were quoted the wrong size unit. Ms Jean automatically knew that size would not accommodate our storage needs. She told us which size we indeed needed and even allowed us to send my husband home to get our previous lock from a precious rental we had done. Also I experienced Ms Jean provide excellent customer to another customer who had several questions about her account. She was a true joy to be served by.

This location is very pleasant, and secure! The best thing about this particular location is Miss. Jean...she showed us several units, and helped us get the best rate. What was most important is that she explained the terms and conditions very thoroughly! She was willing to help us change our reservation to get a bigger units and gave us the promotional rate. HORRIBLE SECURITY--My storage unit was broken into (as were many others during the same evening) and had approx. $3000 worth of equipment stolen. Still, after more than 20-months after this incident--upper management still refuses to repair the broken security (4) cameras nor upgrade their only operable camera at the front entrance.

I met a guy named Josh and he was really cool and help me to get the right storage unit. I came from another company and they tried to sell me something that was too large for what I need it but the guy I work with was real honest on North Main Street. I never want to pay for anything but Josh made my experience that much easier LOL

Today I stopped by looking for storage supplies as Ill need a storage in the months to come and Josh helped me find everything I needed. He was very knowledgeable of storage and even recommended ways to make packing easier. He was very professional and when it comes time to rent there is no doubt I will rent here in future.

We came in to look at a unit and found the online rate a bit cheaper. Jean called the regional office for us and was able to match the online rate to help save us time. She also let my husband and father-in-law load the unit while we did paperwork to save additional time. Jean is very friendly and is a pleasure to work with!

This place made it seamless when grabbing local storage. My grandma and I was working with Jean and she displays so much kindness and she even stayed after hours to get me all setup. The process was easy and stress free. Public storage had an amazing deal for $1 a month and Jean worked her magic and made it work!

Donna Stalter - District Mgr very unprofessional... called me to tell me that shes an FBI and Military Agent. Lied about selling my storage.. and continuous harassment. What a joke!! Very disrespectful person... stating shes from the FBI and take to jail over your storage!! Beware of this mgr!! Shes on Drugs!!

After calling the company, in Cali, they directed me to this location as it was the only place in the area with any RV lots available at this time. Ms. Jean was very helpful and this is a good clean, secure location. Completely happy with Public Storage so far.
