I recently moved into one of the indoor/2nd floor climate controlled storage units at this facility, and I have to say that it has been the best self-storage experience that I have encountered. Very clean facility, and professional staff. *Tray was very helpful, and knowledgeable when it came time for me to acquire the space. I had to push my move in date back (several times), and she was extremely patient with me. The rate that I was originally quoted online was honored at move-in (although it had gone up in since), and I was not given any grief about rescheduling my move-in. Note: *The gated access is limited to 9pm (...it would be nice if it were at least 10pm) **Be prepared to pay an additional $17 for the new cylinder locks that are required for this particular location, if you dont already own one! ***They do have rolling carts which makes for easier porting of your belongings from the outdoor loading/dock area to your unity (especially great for 2nd floor units via elevator) Overall: I would recommend this facility to others looking for temporary storage space. - Choya

Renelle is what made my experience at public storage on Savoy Drive so special! My wife and I were going to go around and look at several different storage facilities and public storage on Savoy Drive was the first one we went to. When we left I said to my wife "theres no reason to go anywhere else that woman cares about service and cares about what she does." In todays world way too often people dont respect or care about their jobs… Renelle is a throwback to the good old days when people cared about what they did… It is so obvious that she cares and appreciates her work and her customer . I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for storage!!!

I have been in many parts of the World as a Soldier and have rented storage spaces, but as soon as I spoke with Tray over the phone I was hooked. When I finally went to the office she was a sheer delight in person as well. She took care of me like no other experience I have ever known. Immediately we connected and my Customer Service experience was beyond my expectations. Any other storage facility has a very Tall Order to compete with her as an Associate of Public Storage. Anytime I have to rent storage space I will spend the extra gas to rent with her. Tray is Awesome!!!!!!!!!

The customer service was extremely good! Winter was detailed, organized, and clearly cared about what she was doing. Really refreshing. My only concern was that when I came back to move in, the door to our unit (which is not behind a gate, but behind a key-coded door) had been propped open and no one was to be seen. We moved in for over an hour, and never saw the person who had propped the door open. So, basically, someone couldve just walked in from the street and tried all the unit locks. A little unsettling.

When I entered the store she was focus on the task at hand and oriented me as to what was my role as a customer as well as the companys role.In addition she was Willing to clarify all the questions that I had with great patience. The facility is not well taken care of and the customer service person does not seem to care. When I told her that the light above my unit was burned out, she told me to contact the district manager - that is HER JOB! When the elevator was out of order, there was no sign - we just waited and waited for the elevator until we realized that it wasnt working. Now, they just increased my rate by $17.00. I definitely do not recommend this location.

I used the Public Storage on Savoy Drive for one month recently and the experience was excellent in every way. The team there on site was very helpful and explained everything in detail. Access to the unit was easy, the unit was clean and climate controlled and everything was safe. If you need short or long term storage for your stuff, check them out, it is a great service and a great team there to help.

Renelle is a superior, excellent representative for your company. She is capable and conscientious and intelligent. She runs this location with acumen and in good judgement. I recently spoke with the property manager, Tray, regarding the best ways to pack my furniture and household goods. Although the boxes are a bit more expensive than I was seeing elsewhere, they are definitely worth it. The boxes are very sturdy and can be saved for any future moves. Thank you for being an absolute pleasure to meet and speak with.

Best experience I have had getting a storage unit. Paige at the front desk took extra time to find the best unit with the best prices for me. Took no time at all! I chose this storage facility because it was closest to my home, but I would choose it again due to the ease of the experience and genuine consideration from Paige!

She was very accommodating, She showed me different units and made sure i got the right size unit to accommodate my things. I had a 2nd floor temperature controlled room for one month. Accessing this place was so easy. It was clean, it smelled good. I had no issues. The push cart shared by renters REALLY saved my life and made transporting easy. Btw there are 2 or 3 elevators .
