Metro Self Storage of Roswell recently had a theft where 50 or so units were broken into. Our unit was one. Then, a few weeks later Metro raised the rent for our unit. Their poor security allowed the break-in and now they raise rent! We have only been there for 3.5 months but now will be leaving ASAP! We made a big mistake selecting Metro Self Storage. The district manager responded to my review above and telephoned me to let me know that he would stop the rent increase. But he lied. There was no change to the increase, its still there. I called to point out the matter and to remind of my conversation with the district manager, but they are requiring me to pay the increased amount. Dont trust these guys. Get prepared for bait and switch pricing with rental increases on the way.

I stored many household items in a 10 x 20 for several months and never had a problem. The folks there at the site and on the phone were very friendly, competent and willing to help in any way. The floors and parking area were always clean, the office the same way, restroom was well kept. There is really nothing not to like about this Metro Self Storage location. Both managers Ben and Mary were professional and made the tenant experience pleasant. Should I have future storage needs, I will not hesitate to patronize this fine business again. Thanks, Metro staff ... well done!

John, the manager is a gentleman and professional. Very helpful and treats his customers with respect. The property is very clean and has a great location in Roswell. Had visited and talks to other facilities and Metro by far the most hospitable.

Place is a complete ripoff! They move you in with a low web rate and then raise your rent 2 times within the first year! You quickly wind up paying 25% more than the advertised monthly rates at the end of the year. What a SCAM!!!
