Absolutely the most on point Storage-Facility I have encountered in my 30 plus years of traveling / moving across the globe & throughout the United States... "Ms. Monica is by far one of the most courteous and utmost professional Property Directors Ive come across in a very very long time. Any brand or business should be glad to be blessed having her at your service. She is extremely dedicated, which transcends throughout the entire process of customer service & its proper thorough representation of the business model she is show-casing. I applaude Ms. Hofman to be so dedicated and integrity driven professional, which truly shows her excellent character shes conveying on a daily base 24/7 - 365!!! Cant fake that!!! Much respect looking forward of storing with a Property Manager & Business Consultant of her Class & its business for many many more years to come. I needed a space close to my daughters school to store her dorm items. The team from Morning Star was excellent from start to finish. I do not live in the Atlanta area. Brittany guided me through the process of obtaining a storage space. She answered all of the questions that I had. She helped me with my move in date that helped me to save money. When I arrive in Atlanta, all I had to do was obtain my key and move in. Everything was taken care of before hand. I can tell that the team from Morningstar cares about their customers and you cant beat the 2 months free offer. The storage facility is extremely nice and cameras are everywhere. It adds a layer of security and safety. The facility is very clean and provides carts on every floor to facilitate the move in process. Thank you Brittany and the Morningstar team for making the process easy.

Not only does Morningstar Storage on Peachtree Rd have the convenience of having 24/7 access, and the security of personalized key-coded entry, but it also has something that no other storage facility in the world has: the quality customer service that Monica and her team possess. She is truly second to none. From the very first phone conversation I had with her, I knew that I would be taken care of if I needed anything, and she has done just that. Great facility! Brand new, Easy access and great service. This guys will give you a great deal to start, Two months FREE! 4 hours free of charge van to move your stuff in your unit, Discount on boxes, Two service elevators, Carts in every single floor, access 24/7, super clean facility Secure ( cameras everywhere ) and temp control, anti-theft lock units ( you will need to buy it $16 ) I recommend to call your homeowners insurance and bring a letter from them to Cover your unit ( almost all homeowners insurance will cover it ) and you will save $9 a month. Very happy with mi decision, check it out.

Monica and the Morningstar Team are the best! They worked with me for almost a month, as I was moving out of a competitors unit to Morningstar. By switching to this company, I saved 2 months worth of storage costs due to their 2 Month Free Promotion (Still Offering I Believe), Monthly Rental Rate is cheaper than the competitor I moved from, and the unit is double the size! Not to mention Free Rental of the Moving Van, just replace the gas and thats it!! Awesome Service, Great Value, and Great Location! Dont Look anywhere else for your storage needs, this is it!

Unfriendly mgmt and filthy restrooms make this location impossible to recommend. It didnt take long for this brand new location to go downhill. This area of town is unsafe. As explained by Monica herself, a renter standing in the hallway of their own unit charging their phone is considered suspicious activity. They will have a security officer stand with you and record you with their cellphone while you wait. The storage facility has had on several occasions seen the need to have Atlanta Police on site with drug dogs.

This facility is amazing! they staff is A1! There was a young man there i cant remember his name but he works most weekends and he treated me like a queen. I have not had customer service this professional, detail oriented, knowledgeable and kind in a long time. Their prices are the lowest currently offering 2 free months and a smooth quick check in with a free truck provided of needed. I am so glad I choose Morningstar Storage over their higher priced competitors.

I have also rented from 4 other companies and can tell you that the Morningstar Storage on Peachtree has been the best experience of all. Not only is the facility spotless, the staff are very professional and very accommodating. Anyone in the Buckhead area in need of a storage unit should stop by for a tour of the facility and you will know exactly what I am talking about.

Clean, well lit, music plays 24/7 so youre creeped out at night, super friendly and accommodating staff (Brittanys the bomb!), and a really convenient location. The whole building is air conditioned so your unit is too and they keep dollies everywhere so you can move stuff quicker. Do it!
