We purchased cabinets for an apartment complex. Tried to return same day and was told they couldnt be returned multiple reason that were all false. Then we were told we could return but a 20% restocking fee would be applied. Nowhere in the store is it posted there is a restocking fee. Then we were told by Rick in corporate that hes charging the fee anyway and too bad. DO NOT BUY WITHOUT GETTING EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND GET A COPY. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced and Im a pretty reasonable person. Never again and I will definitely report to BBB.

I am extremely pleased with my new kitchen cabinets. This is the second kitchen remodel Ive done with Bay City Cabinets and have been extremely pleased both times. There was a little mix up this time, but with the help of George Q (my salesman) everything was handled to my satisfaction. Its really too bad I cant post pictures because the transformation is amazing..... I would highly recommend Bay City Cabinets for anyone looking to remodel.

We needed kitchen cabinets off the shelf, George Purvis was an excellent sales person and got us exactly what we needed. The cabinets are great installed and are not particle board like the ones you get at Lowes and Home depot. Great experience, if you need cabinets George will sit you down and quickly lay out your kitchen with what you want/need. They have all types and the prices are very reasonable.

This place doesnt even deserve my enemies business. Stay away. They are greedy and have very little knowledge of what even decent customer service is. If I could give a negative star rating, I would. This company is a JOKE.
