NEMO IN TENNESSEE

Went into the shop to order a butcher block counter-top. Presented Holt with a deposit check in the amount of $575 and made arrangements to pick up the counter-top in 2 weeks which was changed by them last minute to 3 weeks. After 3 weeks called & no one called back. After several calls, finally reached someone & told counter-top would be at least 4 more weeks. Attempted to cancel order, but was told not cancelling & "you can do whatever you want". Attempted to stop-pay check, but they deposited the check on day we went to the shop!! ***Avoid this place like the plague!!!!!***

Holt did a complete kitchen plus two bathrooms for us. They did a great job. We have recommended them and will continue to do so. They used Trinity Granite for our counter tops and we are equally pleased with Trinity.
