Horrible experience. We were working with the owner, Ron. First off, he scheduled a time to come by, and TWICE he called to cancel last minute. Then he told us he would get us in for installation the next week after he finally did come, and never called us back after a week. We finally called him and were given a date. Not asked if that date was ok... Installation was TERRIBLE. And we are not the picky type people, but these guys did a horrific job. They left a deep 4 inch long gauge in our wall from dropping a cabinet, they left a 3 inch gap under the cabinets (so there was just a giant space between it and the corner) and they never installed the piece of wood that goes above the dishwasher... They also had the cabinet people (NOT the granite installers) put our granite in, and they completely half assed it and did a horrible job. Glue was EVERYWHERE and the countertops were uneven and not even sealed on the underside. They also raised the cabinets from where our last ones sat, so now we have to shell out hundreds of dollars for a new black splash because there is a giant gap and obviously they do not sell the same back splash the house came with 4 years ago. And after we had them come back 3 times, the owner still refuses to come look at the terrible job they did, and we STILL havent gotten the wood piece for above the dishwasher and its been a good 2 weeks. Ron had the guts to tell my husband to drive the 20 minutes and come get it himself and put it in himself because his "men are busy this week". So now our dishwasher is tilting every time we go to open it. It is absolutely ridiculous. Horrible customer service and horrible workers. They should be embarassed. Avoid the headache and go with someone else.

Customer service is terrible! I would not recommend using them. It takes forever to complete your order. They had the wrong part and expected me as the customer to drive to the store and exchange it for them. The cabinets looked nice, but they are not worth the trouble. My aunt used them and was delivered the wrong cabinets entirely. Cabinet and Stone would not take responsibility.

Have used Cabinet and Stone for many jobs and they have exceptional pricing and service. The people are very friendly and owner is honest. Anything that is not right they are great to go back out and make it right. I have dealt with many cabinet firms in the business and the pricing here is FAR better than any of the competition.

Dont waist your time, spent 4 days trying to by upper & lower cabs for an investment property. No one is empowered to make any decisions except some guy in the back office they kept running to it was like buying a car. I finally Went to PANDA CABINETS & was taken seriously & the pricing was MUCH BETTER, I deal with Sandra

i love this company. I saw these cabinets that absolutely loved. Com to find out that they were marked down. They told me 2 weeks to install but the installer brought a crew of workers and knocked it out in 3 days! I love this company!!!
