CrossFit Cold Steel is a great and brand new box (gym) helmed by Jose, a master coach and highly experienced trainer. Jose programs CF Cold Steels WODs appropriately with the CrossFit methodology while adding his own flair.

I was traveling for work and dropped in for two classes at CrossFit Cold Steel. Classes were great and a positive environment to work out in. I would highly recommend for any cross-fitters traveling in the Tampa area.
