Worst customer service Ive ever dealt with in my life. I began my membership over two years ago and was only able to use the service for three months before I broke my tailbone. I continued to pay the monthly fee for one solid year in hopes that I would heal my tailbone enough to begin working out again but after no such luck I called to cancel my policy in October 2016 and they talked me into putting my account on hold for three months until January. At the end of January I still was not healed up enough to work out so I called and left a message stating that I need to either cancel my account or continue to keep it on hold I was given a call back within a week from a gentleman named Kevin who left me a message stating that he received my message and for me to call back to speak with him I called back and spoke to someone else who told me that they would give him the message I called and I would get a call back and I never did receive a call back. after multiple times of calling and reaching an answering machine or no one picking up I gave up on trying to reach anyone and suspected that no one was going to call me back and take care of my account. I was then charged a monthly fee at the end of February. I immediately called and spoke with someone after they took the money out of my account and requested that my account be canceled and asked why I was charged again. The woman I spoke to in the morning apologized that I had been given the runaround and said that the least she could do was put my account on hold but that I could not cancel my policy without speaking to Kevin and then I would have to call back and talk to him I continued to call three or four times that week with no luck reaching anyone and leaving at least one or two messages. Then at the end of March I was yet again charged a monthly fee called back asking why they keep charging me since Ive requested to cancel my account so many times I finally received a call back last Wednesday from Kevin explaining to me that my account had not been canceled or put on hold since January and that I had fulfilled my policy requirements and that he could definitely cancel my account but wasnt sure if he could refund the last two months. I told him that I didnt even care about getting the refund I just want them to stop charging me and I want to stop playing phone tag. He reassured me he would look into it and that I would be getting a personal phone call back from him that Friday which wouldve been last Friday it is now Tuesday of the following week and I have not had a cancellation email or call back from Kevin. I just now called and left a message this morning and will probably not hear back from anybody. this is honestly the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with.

Extremely poor customer service. They deleted my review on Facebook so here we go..... I would be very cautious if signing up for a membership at this club. They over-charged my account after my request to place my membership on hold, stated they "did not recall" our conversation where I stated I wanted to proceed with placing my membership on hold, and "there was nothing they could do to further resolve the issue." The general manager at the South Tampa Club, Jennifer, said she "did not have time for this" when I tried to explain my frustration, raised her voice at me and was extremely rude. Ive never experienced being treated this way-ESPECIALLY when I was not the one at fault. If Jennifer would have offered to resolve the issue when I first called her about being over-charged, it would have saved me a lot of time and frustration. Because Jennifer did not try to resolve the issue, I also tried calling corporate for 3 weeks , left 3 voice-messages as well as an email to Annas (Operations Manager and apparently the ONLY person they would let me try to get a hold of) direct email...never received a response. Jennifer eventually credited my account back but only after I got the CC company involved. I am glad it was credited back-thats what needed to be offered in the first place-but it is unfortunate that I was treated so poorly and that it took so long for this to be resolved. They do not care about their members.

My daughter has a membership and loves the workouts but due to extensive work commitments, as an event planner, she is not able to get to the classes as much as shed like. After 2 phone conversations, she was advised by Jennifer in the Henderson location, that she could put her membership on-hold and pay $9.99/month and at which time, they agreed to do this. My daughters card on file was fraudulently over-charged the full-rate, the very next month. When she called and spoke to Jennifer, she did not recall agreeing to put the membership on-hold and refused to reimburse the over-charged amount....Not good for business. My daughter has left several voicemails and correspondences to rectify the situation and no one will return her call - not even "corporate". In a hopefully unrelated incident, her card has additional fraudulent charges, which her bank is taking care of, but makes us concerned. Customer service is lacking and the sensitivity with respect to correct charges is a huge concern and red-flag. Suggestion - do everything in person, get signatures and keep records of your communication.

I absolutely loved the workout however what I was told when I signed up and what was told to me when I tried to cancel my membership was completely false ...I was advised that if I wanted to cancel the class within 3 months while attending the classes that I would be able to do so free of charge LIES..(u have to attend 3 times a week EVERY WEEK) was not advised of that....I was advised that I can put my account on hold if I had issues with the almost $70 a month fee but not advised that there would be a $10 charge monthly while my account is on hold -__- I thought highly of this company until this BS happened I WILL NOT ANY OF MY FAMILY FRIENDS PEERS AND ANYONE ELSE THAT I CAN SAVE FROM THIS TYPE OF FRAUD COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE

Absolutely Disappointed
This is not a place for an inexperienced boxer. Myself and a friend were offered a free first class so we decided to check it out, but had never boxed before. The instructor took no time to educate us on what to do. I ended up hurting myself and needed to go to the chiropractor multiple times to correct the injury. The employees were pushing to sign a membership even after I had told them I thought I was injured, and they offered no assistance. Ive never been to a fitness facility that charged for water before.

We passed by to cancel our membership. They told us all ok, they didnt give us any receipt. Today we realized they had been charging us the monthly payment all this time. We call them and it seems that they forgot to cancel our subscription. No money back. As advice, be sure that the people that you will find on the desk understand what are you asking for ... and always ask for a confirmation...
