A dream come true! After meeting with multiple general contractors that either did not follow up as promised or with whom we didnt have a good rapport, we werent holding our breath when we met with Ferrrill Construction for the first time - despite hearing nothing but positive reviews from several friends who had previously used them. Within seconds of sitting down with them for an introductory meeting, we clicked and the rest is history. With David, Heather and their team by our side, we happily completed our first major home improvement project - a total kitchen renovation that is all that we dreamed it would be, and more! During the almost 3-month long project, we had daily communication with Ferrill Construction so that we always knew what to expect and when. When problems arose - and they did in our old bungalow - they proposed solutions that were both efficient and cost effective. Their team of skilled tradesman were respectful, hard working and trust worthy. In addition, Ferrill Construction maintains wonderful relationships with many top-quality vendors with whom we enjoyed working as well. Ferrill Construction took pains to ensure that we could continue to live comfortably in our home during the entire project - keeping us in electricity and hot water through out! Our kitchen renovation was finished within one week of the projected end date, came in under budget and we made two new friends in David and Heather in the process: win-win-win! We are eagerly anticipating our next home improvement project - a master bedroom and bathroom renovation - and wont consider using anyone besides Ferrill Construction. We have already recommended them to others whole-heartedly and without reservation. If you value integrity, quality, and communication - at a fair price, and with a smile (and occasionally a sloppy dog kiss when Magnus is on the job) - then look no further than Ferrill Construction. Despite having various trades people look at it, hiring a roofing inspector, and having two different roofs put on, it would always start leaking again. David diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes of being on my property - faulty design. Their workman are very professional and respectful to both me and my property. They are a pleasure to work with.

Worst experience! We built a custom home and from the day we signed the contract everything was downhill. The grade of paint was what you would use in warehouses so we had to repaint the whole house. The wiring was not done correctly we had to repay to get it done correctly. Pavers not installed correctly just paid to have them redone. The list goes on and on. I would NEVER use them again.
