I contacted 3 contractors to provide a quote for a full kitchen remodel. Josh Sparks replied to my request from an online ad. He went back and forth with me in an email about the project. I initially contacted separate cabinet and construction companies because I wasnt sure about the services each company offered. Mr. Sparks stated that he wouldnt take the job unless he could do the entire thing, i.e. cabinets, electrical, counter-tops etc. I agreed and set a date to meet at my home to go over the project and tell him what I wanted for my new kitchen. He came out to the house, took measurements, spoke with me about the renovation and stated he will provide a quote. I never heard from him or his company again. He failed to even contact me and let me know he wasnt interested in renovating my kitchen. No quote, no contact, no nothing.

We met Josh because we had an urgent garage repair needed to sell our place in Florida. We dont live there so it was tricky to find someone who would do a good job. Josh is awesome. He gave us a good quote, explained what was wrong and took care of everything including the permits. Great guy. We highly recommend him. I wish he was in our area. :)
