I had my roof repaired for a leak 2 years ago by S C Signature Construction. I felt confident that they were doing good work for me. The salesrep Ed seemed trustworthy and likable. However, about 1 year after their repair job, I noticed my laminate floor was swelling. Also any time we got a heavy rain I heard a dripping sound from the ceiling in my kitchen. Over the course of a year the swell spot became much larger and was now in two rooms. I had SC Signature back to inspect my roof and they claimed my home builder didnt do the roof right when my house was built and that I would need an entirely new roof. I had my roof inspected by my Insurance company and an independent roofer and both of them declared my roof was leaking in the exact spot where SC Signature Construction did their repair job. They didnt do the flashing properly and also laid shingles from one side of the roof over to the other where the two roofs meet causing the water to build up like a damn and leak into our wall. Also our window stucco was severely cracked as well because SC Signature didnt properly seal it by using the correct sealant paint before repainting it. Now my home requires over $20k worth of repair work. My insurance company will only cover my interior flooring but NOT the roof so I am out of pocket for that huge expense. S C Signature Construction would not warranty their work or acknowledge my water damage was a result of their shoddy work. I do not recommend this company.

From beginning to end, ive never been more satisfied with a company! The salesman, Ed, was really great. His appointment time was prompt and he was also really understanding that with school out for the summer, my time was precious and limited with my littles running around. He gave me an exceptional quote which beat the other competitiors. The crew arrived promptly. They were thorough with their work and left no debris or mess in my yard. Even the owner of the company Donald came out to inspect the work done. I highly.recommend sc signature roofing!!

Called when my flat roof had a leak during a storm. I called the office and got a nice gentleman on the phone that scheduled my appointment. When the gentleman came out I was given a quote for replacement and repair. The roof is old so replacement was the route I took. The price was very fair, the job is done in a timely manner, the workers were very friendly, cleaned the mess up, and the best part was NO MORE LEAKS!!!! Thank you Signature for all your work and taking care of my roof! I highly recommend this company for all roofing needs!

Ed and his team recently put a new roof on our house. Price was very competitive and they were able to start working within a few days of signing the agreement. Job was completed in a timely manner. The crew putting on the roof were professional, friendly and cleaned up with a very high level of detail. You couldnt even tell they were there after completing the job. Highly recommended! Ed and Jamie gave A-1 SERVICE. Called with bad leak on mobile. Ed came next morning with absolute expert advice. Gave me 3 choices. Made my decision, and the work was done the next day. Very reasonable price and so polite and neat. Highly satisfied. What they estimated as 4 hour job was finished in just over 2. Now thats what I call great service. 5 stars across the board!
