Just the facts: There was leaking in our basement. Thomas Kleiner Construction came out, made an assessment, and a quote was presented to us. The company did work. We paid the full amount. We still have the same leaking in our basement before the job--absolutely nothing has changed. Thomas Kleiner Construction was made aware of this. Thomas Kleiner Construction stated they would fix the problem in a couple of months. This has been around 2 years and we still have nothing to show for the near $6K we paid. Well, we do have some new concrete, chipped concrete from the Bobcat, and a spigot they broke during the job that was never fixed. They refuse to do what it takes to stop the leaking. They have been in business a long time and I am sure the company does great work. However, they have not demonstrated any kind of integrity at all in our experience. There were a lot of broken promises to make the repairs. The company has our money and we still have the same leaking basement.

My experience with Thomas Kleiner was far better than I could have ever expected. His crew was very professional and did not waste any time while working. I was quoted a great price and am extremely pleased with his service.

By far the rudest contractor ever. If you have high standards, this is not your contrator.
