Work I had done: Cedar Siding, New Roof (Asphalt and Metal), Skylights, Gutters, Painting and Staining. Bloomfield Construction was awesome! I worked with Joe my entire way through the project and am very satisfied with the results. It was great being able to work with one company that is so diverse and was able to complete all the work I needed. Even though parts of the project, like the painting, was subcontracted out (which was clearly told to me before signing the contract), Joe was there the entire way to make sure everyone was working together and the outcome was stellar. It is a high-end home and I am very particular with execution and the details. Believe me, I scoped out the work and looked for things I could pick on. The work by Bloomfield Construction was some of the best execution Ive seen. After the work on my home was completed, part of the gutters didnt work perfectly. Hey, its hard to tell with no rain. As a business owner myself, I get that not everything goes perfect, but it is how you respond that matters the most. Joe responded immediately coming out to resolve the issue. No complaining, no extra charge, just got it fixed quickly. I would highly recommend Bloomfield Construction to anyone.

Bloomfield Construction is the very best for your roofing needs, by far, in the Metro Detroit area. I had a small leak in my home that had been difficult to diagnose. I was referred to Bloomfield Construction by another contractor to take a look at my roof. Jeff Petrucci, Jr. came out right away and very quickly assessed the problem. After Jeff diagnosed the problem, he uncovered that it was a minor pipe flashing issue on the roof and was able to repair very quickly and at a very reasonable cost. I was very impressed with Jeffs professionalism and his honesty. Ive had other roofers work with me before on previous homes and just go straight to suggesting major repairs, even if not necessary, but Jeff was honest, saved me a ton of money and fixed the problem quickly. Bloomfield Construction is the ONLY company I will call for my roofing and construction needs!! They are honest, professional and very reliable. My thanks to Jeff and the team at Bloomfield Construction!

Polish Mission

We are so happy at the cleaning job conducted by Bloomfield Construction the week of 7/20/2015! We were preparing for a VIP event in our art gallery, and we wanted to get the carpet looking and smelling better for our guests. The guys that showed up to do the initial clean (7/16/15) worked promptly and smoothly together. We worked with them to make sure everything was set for the weekend and they said they would return next week to collect their equipment. When they returned on Tuesday, they re-cleaned part of the room and sprayed the carpet again, making sure they had done all they possibly could to have the carpet smelling fresh. One young man returned Wednesday to pick up the last of the equipment and checked with us to make sure we didn’t need anything else. Overall, a really great experience. I had Mr. Joe Pllumbaj come out and give me an estimate for a roofing project this past week. He was LITERALLY the 8th roofer I had estimate the roof, so I knew what was wrong with the roof and about how much it was going to cost. Without me letting him know, he pointed out all the different issues with the roof and different ways to address different issues. Joe was extremely professional and very educated on explaining roofing techniques. When he gave me the estimate, it was $500 less than then any of the previous quotes I got and I felt most comfortable with Bloomfield Construction. ALSO! PLEASE READ: Joe took only about 30 minutes, and he used NO pressure tactics or sales schemes to try and get me to commit - he was the first of 8 to be honest and real - truly impressed.

We had some new siding and a new roof done by Bloomfield Construction. When Ben initially came out to go over the job and give an estimate he spent a LOT of time going over all the details and answering any questions I had. Once we accepted the job he was very involved through the whole process and was always easily available, very pleasant and easy to work with. He made you feel like he really cared about our satisfaction and the quality of the work being done. The roofing crew was quick, neat, thorough, and did a quality job and Carl, who did the siding did an immaculate job with a lot of attention to detail and trim work. We couldnt be happier and will definitely call on Bloomfield Construction for any future work on our house.

Frankie McCullough AMAZING! Nick took care of us. HE was wonderful. All the guys were great. They got here in a timley manner. They walked in with all the equiptment and got to work. They made us feel safe. Nick took all my calls and called me back, or answered the calls. Nick handled everything with the insurance company. The insuraces company said "They are a great company and we work with them ,offen and we recomend them. I am telling everyone about them. They must have a great Boss. Because Nick treated me like he owned the company Or I should say like someone who owned the company. Says alot for the owner. Great Great Company. And I highly recomend NIck

I am so pleased with the service provided by your company! Though this was a small insurance job, Lance was always courteous, patient to answer all of my questions to my satisfaction, and quick to respond to my texts. The cabinets were constructed and installed by Steve, and he went above and beyond, not leaving the job until everything was correct, including the plumbing under my sink. The floors were installed by Motor City Flooring, and the guys (I neglected to get their names) were friendly, neat, respectful, and thorough. Everything looks FANTASTIC, and I will definitely recommend your company in the future.

We had a tree that had grown into the side of our home and my father contacted Bloomfield Construction to have it looked at. Ben Adcock came out in a timely manner and was so polite. He talked with my dad and got up on the roof twice. He patched up the areas that were leaking FREE OF CHARGE! He stated that their reputation was of utmost importance and he made my father so happy. Bloomfield Construction installed a new roof on my house this summer. The home I purchased was from 1921, and the old roof was literally falling apart. They replaced rotten wood underneath the old shingles, helped us vent our attic and upstairs bathroom fans properly, and performed a really wonderful job. The house looks better, we have no more leaks, and they were extremely courteous and professional throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Bloomfield Construction based upon my experience with them.
