If I could give zero stars then I would after my experience with Grennan. We hired Grennan Construction to fix a leak in our roof and were told the source of our leak was the metal ridge vent and that it needed to be replaced. We were given a price and told them to go ahead and do the repair for the leak in the roof. Shortly after that it leaked again so Grennan came out and said it was nothing to do with them and that they fulfilled their agreement, refusing to correct their misdiagnosis of the leaky roof. Keep in mind that this was the owner who came out to refuse repairing their mistakes so this is ingrained in their business culture to not honor their mistakes. Grennan Construction replaced the metal ridge vent with plastic and fixed the drywall damage inside the home in the second bedroom’s ceiling. When it leaked again it was in the exact same place as before the repair and the drywall they fixed was now worse than before. It appeared to us that the ridge vent was not the problem so we called another contractor to come out and look at the roof and he said it was leaking because the shingles were installed wrong because they used the racking method to install dimensional shingles. The root cause of the leak was that our roof has two layers of shingles on it and the first layer had simply rotted away from leaks as well as the fact that here was no felt or ice shield on our roof. This proves the misdiagnosis by Grennan Construction as well as selling improper equipment. Im not one to write reviews, but this company needs to be outted for effectively stealing thousands of my dollars. Please stay away from this company and give your money to somebody with a backbone.

Grennan Construction did a fantastic on our new roof. They were professional in every way. They listened to our every concern and respected our requests. The team was great. They had a supervisor at the job site making sure everything went perfect. They inspected their work at the end of each day. They cleaned up afterwards and we have not had a problem since. Fred is great! Trustworthy and very reliable. We got some work done on our roof and in our attic for a fair price. When we were concerned about a board pulling up and making a bulge in the roof after they had fixed the problem, Fred offered to send someone out to look at it, and fix it up free of charge! the roof shingles were falling off my garage and I live across from their shop. they came over fixed the roof when the place that put it on would not even come and look at it. GREAT JOB FRED!!!!! I also had them put gutters on the garage and house wonderful job, I will have them do any thing I need done in future

Grennan construction takes on a job then subs it out to gunnel construction. Gunnel construction covers up its trailer with grennans signs. Then they have inexperienced employees work for them ,they dont even pay there employees, I would not do business with either of these guys.scammers
