Ok know just based on 1 phone conversation ibhad with this guy jim.. it totally seemed as if I was a bother & waste of time during this call. For me a possible customer describing clearly what I need to be done & want done. And this guy jim just sounded & acted like he wanted no part of it . Stating it was a small job. But it is not a small job. He describes what they do & I said ya thats what I want done.. he said well I dont know what you are asking me to do.. I WANT SOMEONE TO COME OVER & LOOK AT THE SITUATION & ESTIMATE IT. ! HELLO. SO I SAID ITS OBVIOUS YOU DONT WANT $BUSINESS. SEE YA.!

Tried to get an estimate, but the owner, Jim Sr. never bothered to contact me after the initial visit. I tried emailing and got no reply. Called their office and Jim answered very irritated and rude, saying that hell "get around to it". Never heard from him again.

I was in desperate need of siding repair and they came to the rescue! Other companies would not do the work since it was minimal. they responded quickly and came out that same day! prompt response and very kind and understanding, thank you again!
