In honor of Simone’s 51st trip around the sun today, I want to post what I told her yesterday in strength training for dancers/balance class. I went to my chiropractor, Dr. Lisa Schuenemann Brown in Tampa, Wednesday as I have monthly for the past 16 years. Now I know some of you are rolling your eyes at the mention of chiropractor, but I would only say, I was right there with you until one solved a problem for me. I digress, anyway, every time I go to Dr. Lisa she tells me my hips are out of alignment. Can’t be good. When I went Wednesday, she said my hips were in alignment. She was surprised and so was I. I told her I had been going to Simone’s exercise classes twice a week and she said “Tell her”, which of course I did and now I’m telling you all too. Thank you Simone for everything and many, many more revolutions around the sun for you.

Great place to dance and to learn! Very spacious studio and great floors, lovely friday socials. I dont know the owner Simone personally but looks like she loves what she does, loves the people that dance. Nice to see that her heart is in it complitely. Would recommend to anyone and everyone! Nice location is Brandon as well with lovely socials on Saturdays

Ive taken a class here in the past approx. 5 years ago. Never been a good dancer but Simone made me feel as though I was a great dancer. I forgot what Ive learn because due to lack of practice and time. Looking forward to returning to learn again.
