Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT hire this company. We hired Affordable Roofing Systems because they gave us the cheapest quote. After the job was complete, we quickly realized how poor the workmanship really was. This company hires subcontractors to complete roofing jobs. What you will get is a bunch of Mexicans that do not speak a lick of English. After inspecting the roof when it was complete, I can see tar on the roof in many places which is unacceptable. Not only is tar scattered around the roof, you can see two different roofing colors on the roof (white and brown). You would think that this company would use common sense and make the roof one color so everything matches. I also found many razor blades and nails on the roof. This roofing job is so garbage that my neighbors roof which is 5 years old looks a lot better then this new roof. The first day it rained the roof leaked very bad in the garage. After calling the company and complaining they sent Mexicans to patch the hole in the roof using tar. What are you guys thinking? A new roof should not leak period! If it does, then it was done incorrectly. We still have problems to this day with the roof and it has damaged our ceiling in our bedroom. Please do yourself and hire another company who backs up their workmanship. This company is nothing but crooks and once they have your money you can’t do anything. Check this company out on BBB you will see many complaints against them. Please check the photos that I have attached to see the quality of work this company has done.

This company doesnt clean up after themselves beware of nails in tires where they are working. I have reached out to this company several times to assist our employees who have no other choice but to park where they left several of their roofing nails. We walked around a collected as many nails as we could find. We had three tires that had to be repaired or replaced. One employee parked their car in our parking lot and came into work to find a nail had gone through her shoe. These are not only irrespirable practices but dangerous. Seems that Affordable Roofing of Florida doesnt find it a necessary business practice to follow up or even respond to complains of this nature. Good luck. Wear thick shoes if you work with company.

Workmanship on the fascia was absolutely awful. I couldnt believe how bad it was. The caulking was bubbling out and dripping from in between the wood pieces of fascia. I sure hope the rest of the roof workmanship is a lot better than the fascia wood replacement and caulking. Also customer service sucked. I asked the installers to call me more than once because I worked during the day and I wanted to talk to them about the fascia replacement and they never called me. They only called when they were ready to get paid. I can send pictures if anyone wants to see how bad it looks. Ill have to fix it myself. I HIGHLY recommend not hiring this company.

my roof looks nice and as far as I know, the work was done properly. The roofers worked hard and fast and on time. However, customer service wa poor. I called 4 times about extra material left outside my house. It was a full week before the stuff was picked up. My calls were not returned. I was assured that someone would come and put a tarp (which Id provide) over a potential leak.Despite a couple of calls, this never happened. But mainly, some interior damage was done due and Affordable would not agree even to split the cost of repairs. All in all, I wish I had not hired Affordable Roofing.

This is the most professional roofing company I have ever dealt with. The office staff and roofers had to deal with my mentally ill neighbor and did it with such grace. This woman tried to sabotage my getting a new roof because hers was in such pathetic condition. We live in a neighborhood where we are responsible for own roofs though we are two units to a building. She was relentless in her lying efforts but the job got done and done well. I cant say enough good things about Affordable Roofing from the salesman, office staff, roofers and their supervisor. Kudos to all.

Bull crap. They were at home show in Tampa and told them how big the job was. Made appointment to get estimate. I get paid by load as a truck driver and cut my day short loss of income. Called them and they said it wasnt worth their time. Inconsiderate and not very professional that they couldnt contact me after saying they would.
