Allstar Roofing and Repair just completed the re-roofing of my home with Owens-Corning Tru-Dimension Designer Merlot shingles. Their estimate of costs was very close to the final, differing only by repair of rot discovered after removal of the old roof. When they showed up to deliver the roofing materials with a very heavy truck, they laid down plywood before the truck was allowed on the driveway. With the wood spreading the load, my brick paver driveway suffered no damage. The rotted areas were challenging to repair; fortunately, their crew had expertise to rebuild the damage properly (indeed, to do it better than the original builder had). The additional charge for that excellent work was very reasonable. Having observed the work in progress, I had anticipated a much higher cost, but the charge was very fair. They began on time, worked hard each day, and finished the job in 2-½ days. The quality of the shingles and "Deck Defense" reinforced polypropylene underlayment is superb (far better than tar paper); and the quality of workmanship was top-notch. Installing the new drip cap, which required working around my gutters, presented no problems to them. The crew also installed two solar-powered attic vent fans I had purchased separately, and did an excellent job there as well. After each days work they cleaned up, and swept the driveway for nails with a high-powered magnet. We were able to park our cars in the driveway at night with no problems. When the installation was complete, they did a thorough cleanup. The house looks great under the new roof.

Not only has the team physically worked very hard in this oppressive Florida heat but they have been very helpful with all clean up and completion of my punch list as the job was finishing up with no complaints and even smiles and good humor which I appreciated. I wanted to write this memo to let you know how much I appreciate one of your Reps, Louis. Louis came out to my house early evening after my wife and got off work and assest the issue within 15 minutes as he surveyed our roof for a leak no one seemed to find. He was very knowlesgable and extremely helpful with someone who knows close to nothing about roofs. He took time to take photos and show me the weakspots on my roof. He also assured me of getting the work done within a one week window. Boy, did he come through. No more leaks and a beautifully built roof that will last for years to come. Thanks Louis and thank you All-star. You already have one of my references set up.

Then the company came out to fix the my the first time they were out quickly and fixed my leak. After the first real rain my roof leaked in the same spot again. Now I cant get anyone to call me back. The person that answered the phone just keeps telling me she will get it to a supervisor. After three phone call over the last two weeks, I have not heard from anyone. This company will come out and fix roofs, but if there is a problem they will not stand behind their work. If you do hire this company you better make sure they do it right the first time because once you pay them you will not hear from them again.

Louis and the team from All Star Roofing were great to work with. I was very nervous about my landscaping and pavers on the driveway. They used a place over the garage, to avoid any landscaping issues and had a trailer on wheels that they would move when it was full. Louis was always available to answer questions and came several times to make sure all ways going well. The workers were courteous and cleaned up every day. I would highly recommend them.

This summer I finally decided to replace my 21 year old single roof and I am very happy that I went with All Star. They did an excellent job installing my new roof. They completed the work on time and everyone was very professional. I had 3 other companies come out and do estimates and they were the only ones who explained everything properly. They are the only company I would recommend to anyone needing a roof repair or replacement.

Unreliable operation. They were no show twice after appointment was set up in advance. Did not even bother to say they cannot make it or were running late. I took time off from work to wait for their contractor. Third time lady that took the call said she will look into this and get back to me and never did. I dont know if this outfit is real. It it is then it is not reliable.

Louis from all star roofing was amazing. Within one day of seeing we had a roof leak in our new house he was on site and was able to figure out what the issue was in a matter of minutes. Not only that but their rates to fix somebody elses shoddy work were very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call all star roofing again in the future.
