I could not be happier with the service and quality installation of my new roof I received from Shingle Masters. I only called one other company out for an estimate and went with Shingle Masters who was the higher bid but went with Shingle Masters because they used more quality materials, the price was a quote not an estimate, they did not ask for any down-payment and offered attractive financing options. The new roof went on in a day like they said it would. The follow up work included an electrician, drywall contractor, painter and a gutter guy. Everyone showed up on time and did a great job. All cosmetic damages that occurred during the installation were repaired and they did what I did not think was possible and left my house in better shape than it was before the job took place. I would confidently recommend this roofer to anyone.

They were quick to return my call and set up an estimate. A very nice young man, Brock Beauchaine, came out to go over the project - a 380 sq ft flat roof & soffits, fascia & gutters around the entire home. NEVER HEARD BACK... three calls later, and still no return call, no estimate via email nor follow up of any kind. Its a shame - I assume its because the job simply wasnt enough money for them, but unbeknownst to them I own 4 homes - including a 2800 sq ft house in South Tampa that also needs roofing soon, and help the owners of three others manage their properties. If they didnt want to do the job, they should have shown enough respect to let me know. Great reviews on Angies List, but I didnt see evidence of it and since Im a long time member Ill be posting a review there as well. DEEPLY disappointing.

Unprofessional and unconcerned with the safety of the general public. The owner of this company almost ran me off the road in his work truck. I called the office to let them know and the office manager informed me that it was the owner of the company, like that made it acceptable. No apology was offered at any time, instead she made excuses and blamed it on the road. A simple Im sorry will get you a long way in this world. I cannot comment on their work ethic, but if you do have issues with them it is safe to say that is how they will be dealt with, with a condescending rude attitude. Why risk it?

We could not be happier with the service we received from Shingle Masters. We received several quotes from other companies which were comparable but their professionalism was amazing. Eric Rodriguez came out and answered all our questions from beginning to end. The crew was on time, they cleaned up and finished the job in less than two days (2,100sq. ft. home). Any cosmetic damage that was done was repaired quickly and appropriately. They did a fantastic job and would recommend them to friends and family.

Their price was not the lowest, but they included blowing in extra insulation that the other companies did not provide. They started the job when promised and were finished in 2 days. They had the hardest working crew I have ever seen and they were easy to work with. My neighbors love the look of our new roof. They cleaned up after themselves and touched up my trim paint where needed. They made it easy to put on a new roof.

Their workers are prompt. They arrived early for the repair of my roof. They even explained the complexities if the roof will not be repaired totally. After getting through of the pricing, I agreed and they started the repair. I appreciate for people who have time to explain for things that we are not aware of especially in construction matters. Thank you guys.

Called them last month to give me a quote on roof replacement. Came out a few days later, told me they would have quote ready by Tuesday (5 days later). It has now been a month without a quote, even after I called and emailed them multiple times! Could not believe such unprofessional behavior and attitude from this company! Will not be calling on them again!

Shingle Masters treated me really fairly. After receiving quotes from several sources, Mike Beauchaine came out to estimate the job. His professionalism was top notch, and all of my questions were answered to my liking. The job was completed on time and for the exact dollar amount he had estimated. Better yet, they did a fantastic job!

I had a repair done to my roof by Shingle Masters about 3 years ago. They completed the work promptly and fixed the issue for a reasonable price. I had the job quoted by three companies and they were the lowest price. I will call them when my roof needs replacing for sure.
