I don’t usually give out good reviews to any contractors as they mostly all suck. However I feel these guys deserve some praise. I had them do two roofs for me a year apart. Both were difficult situations with steep angles and lots of wood to replace. For both installations, company employees (not sub contractors) showed up to do the job and spent a good long time getting it right. They accommodated every request I made and allowed me to make some important upgrades. In the end, they treated me fairly for the upgrades and I feel the final price was fair.

If I could rate no stars I would. I scheduled an appointment 3 days in advance and they never showed up or called to let me know they werent coming. I waited over 3 hours and still never showed up or called. They are very unreliable & unprofessional . If they cant even show up for a simple appointment, what makes you think they can actually solve your roof problems. Very disappointed because I was trying to support the local independent family owned business in my Seminole Heights area.

Ive called and called for them to fix a leak that they were never able to correct. I dont get called back nor does anyone show up. When Ive called to follow up theyve asked me who my estimator was; I have no clue, isnt that their job to keep track of? I know its a small repair, so they probably dont want to deal with it. But, since I flip houses, theyve now missed at least one opportunity on a 15K job.

I would give zero stars if possible. They are impossible to get ahold of and refuse to finish the flashing on the roof. This has been going on for months now. My point of contact at the company no longer has a working number. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

They were contacted about incomplete work but never responded. After several months, another roofing company was contacted and informed me Stay Dry never installed ridge vents.

Showed up when promised. Found out later that they damaged roof shingles and left the damage as is. I do not recommend this company at all.
