When you pay for professional that is what you get! This past month I finally got my roof repaired by Grier Roofing. About a year ago i started having leaks over a screened in porch and on my front porch. Like a lot of people i got several quotes from different roofers in the area and Grier was not the cheapest but was not bad either. Bad news is at first i didnt use them, i used another local roofing company, they charged me around $900 to re shingle both areas completely but every time i got a heavy rain it continued to leak. I called the company back and they refunded part of my money but suggested i replace the entire roof for more than $16,000, i told them no and called another roofing company and again they said the only choice was to replace the roof at a charge of $15000 After calling Grier they came out and told me the Porches were not the problem but the bend above them had no shielding, i think they called it weather shield, and that needed to be redone. they charged me slightly more than the first company but i have been though two major rain storms and not one leak yet. These guys really no what they are doing. I did get one really big surprise last week, we got a heavy rain and the next day i got a call from Brent that worked on my house asking me if everything was working well and have the leaks stopped. To me someone following up like that shows me they are organized and I can depend on them. I could have saved $900 by going with them first and in the future i am never going with the cheapest quote for anything. Life long Grier customer now!

First of all I would like to thank Brian Stewart for helping me walk through the new roof procedure. We used Grier Roofing to replace a roof on our house. They completed the job in two days and when I thought it was going to rain even though it did not the tarp off the area that they did not finish on the first day. Upon completion of the roof they had cleaned up every single speck of roof shingle or any debris from taking off and adding on a new roof. Extremely professional and I would highly recommend them to anybody to have your roof to your personal or business property. I had called around to at least five different roofing companies including these guys and they were the only ones that were not pushy or insisting or constantly calling back for the business which I highly appreciate and they had no problem with me telling them upfront Im looking for a quote and I will call around . Part of our roof was extremely steep and they were the only company to point that out as it was in insurance claim from hail damage and due to this the adjuster had to adjust the insurance quote. Because this was an insurance claim they treated it as if I was putting on a new roof myself . Where as many other companies were not too thrilled dealing with an insurance claim.

Brian and his crew were unbelievable. I was very stressed over having to get a new roof on the house when i began searching around for a roofing company. i can tell you that Grier Roofing not only came in with the best estimate by far, but they went above and beyond to work us into their already extremely busy schedule due to the fact our roof was leaking. Brian was very knowledgeable and friendly and was able to answer all of our questions and made us feel at ease with the whole process. The estimate was right on the money even with a little repair that needed to be made to the decking. Overall there is truly not enough my wife and I could say about Brian, his crew, or Grier Roofing overall. They are truly the best out there, our new roof is amazing!!!!!! I still can not believe how good it looks. We will definitely recommend them to anyone we know, or dont know for that matter, who is looking for any kind of roofing services. .

When I needed my roof replaced, I asked several friends and co-workers for their recommendations, and the name that continued to come up was Grier Roofing. I called at the end of a work day and spoke with Jake. He showed up to inspect my roof the very next day. He was extremely friendly and professional and was able to explain the problem and give me an estimate within 15 minutes. Jake dealt with the my insurance company, and he and his crew were at my house the following week to replace my roof. The entire crew was nice and very hardworking. The finished result looked amazing and Jake even followed up to make sure I was satisfied with my new roof. I was beyond impressed with Grier Roofing and their handling of the whole process. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or their roof repaired.

Grier Roofing was wonderful!!! We recently had some work done to our roof, unfortunately the contractor did not complete the job as expected. Not long after he said he was "done" we noticed that some places were not nailed and/or glued properly. We had worked with Grier Roofing in the past, os we contacted Chris Grier. He immediately sent someone to look at our roof, the y quickly and courteously evaluated the situation and made suggestions on how to fix the issues caused by the original contractor. We agreed on everything and he within just couple of days not only sent a crew to complete the repairs but had them complete to satisfaction. In closing I would and will recommend them to anyone who needs anything at all done to their roof!!! Thanks for a grat job guys !!!!!

Grier Roofing did an awesome job on both our personal residence and a rental property we have! Chris Cody was great to work with and super nice! He came down and gave us an estimate and as soon as we saw the comparison to other companies we knew Grier Roofing was the way to go! We called him and within no time he had his guys scheduled to replace the roof on both houses! They were quick, got the job done, cleaned up the trash and old shingles they tore off and we havent had one problem! I have recommended them to friends and would use them again if needed! In 2008 it was time to replace our roof. After interviewing several roofing companies we decided to go with Grier Roofing. They seemed the more professional with the best price. They did exactly what we agreed upon within the time frame established. Several weeks after completion, we had a sever storm and noticed a leak. Grier Roofing sent out a small team and took care of it quickly. I hope I dont have to get a new roof anytime soon, but when I do, Im calling Grier again.
