Before I selected Dynamic Roofing Concepts I got quotes from three other roofing companies on Angies List. All four roofers had "A" ratings. Comparing apples to apples, Dynamic Roofing Concepts was the second lowest quote but they were within $50 of the lowest quote. The other two roofers were about $1000 higher than the two lowest roofers. The roofer with the lowest quote gave me a 10 year parts and labor warranty but Dynamic Roofing gave me a 25 year parts and labor warranty through the manufacturer "GAF." That is another reason why I chose Dynamic Roofing Concepts. Overall, they gave me the best "bang for the buck." I scheduled the work on Thursday, 5-21-15 and they completed the work on the following morning. Roofing is a messing job but the roofing crew did a good job cleaning up after themselves. Also, both the owner and roofing crew were very friendly. Don’t hesitate to ask them any questions. I would definitely recommend Dynamic Roofing Concepts.

Dynamic Roofing did an excellent job replacing our shingle and flat roof. The roofers were courteous and well mannered. Chris Fanni did an excellent job explaining what type of roof, warranty, and all the pertinent paperwork that needed to be done. He presented this information in a very professional manner.
