Knowledgeable. True to their word. Amazing customer service. Hard working. Quick and efficient. These are just a few of the things I can say about Brian and the team at Gilstrap Roofing. Very professional and unlike many people that have worked at or on my house in the past, these guys do what they say. Brian is very clear about helping you understand any confusion and is extremely knowledgeable. He even offered to give me advice if I didnt go with them. No doubt in my mind that Gilstrap is the roofing company to use. Their quote was right in line with everyone else and you can count on them being on time, doing what they say they will and making sure you are satisfied 100%. Thats not common with many companies that do work at your home. Trust me, Ive learned the hard way with some of them. The work crew showed up at 7:15 AM and worked through until dark on day one. They finished up the next day by noon and were extremely efficient and clean. No debris left behind and I couldnt find one nail in the yard afterward. Thats important to me with two small children. The only sign that they were even there is my beautiful new roof!! A++++

Awesome service. Everyone Ive spoken to has been helpful and prompt in getting back to us. They replaced our entire roof on our home years ago and have gone above and beyond any time we have needed them to come out and check for hail damage, etc. They are THE company to use! Its so hard to find a roofer that will show up when they say they will and do the job correctly, but I can say Gilstrap Roofing does just that.

3 times I called them in the past couple months & talked with someone. Gave her all my info & told her my problem about my roof & skylight leaking .She said somebody would get back in touch with me each time. I have yet to receive that call...All I can say is good luck if you need them to help you with your roof !!!! I wouldnt even rate them a 1 but it made me rate them.

Gils trap worked on some leaks in my roof, and after a year, and some heavy rains, the leaks have reappeared. I have called them 4 times and keep getting promises that they will call me, but they never do. I am not satisfied.
