I have no star to give so far for this company. I told my husband he made a big mistake in choosing them. So far I am right unless they proof otherwise. May 5th Thomas c a me to sign contract and said in three weeks they will be do the roofing. We paid some money since no call no show. We have been calling the sales man. After 3 weeks calling the owner now gave us 4-6 weeks. All my neighbohs had their roofs done even though my insurance answered us first since early ap ril. We called Thomas last week he called back that he will call in one hour he didnt. Three days later he called that he will come on Monday June 20th. They have used weather exvuse so many times its unbelievable that a genuine company will give dorry excuses like that while many other companies have come and get the job done. They go around collecting deposits dont fo the job so to put the customers in bondage. This is what happens when you hire roofers from out of your county. I live in Poinciana and this company is from Tampa. They gave weather excuse then the material excuse since early may. They are unprofessional , they dont return calls and have no reasonable explanation. I was suspicious from the get go and now my husband can agree. Think twice before signing with this company. I wish I read reviews before we sign. I have 3 house that they were supposed to do for about 7 weeks now. No show. Dont waste your time or money to get aggravation from this company.

If I could give no stars, I would. I have a metal roof thats leaking around the flashing on my chimney. After 5 calls badgering Westfall for my quote, Mike Alvarez finally came back with a $3000 estimate. Not written, mind you. Communicated to me over the phone by the receptionist. It took 8 days for any kind of response back. Im disappointed because I feel like the quote was a total blow off. Its a small job. Nobody from Westfall has gone on my roof or even into my attic. Mr. Alvarez looked up from the ground at my 2nd story roof. For them to give a $3k bid for a something that tech hasnt even had a close look at is amazing. Im flabbergasted. I guess Mr. Alvarez got fed up of me badgering him for a quote via the office, so he pulled this number out of the air in an attempt to scare me. Thanks for nothing. I see that the owner responds to some of the comments left here. If the owner would like to chat, Id be happy to talk to him/her.

I had Westfall replace an 18 year old roof on my home about 2 years ago. It is a family owned business and I dealt with Ryan and his Dad. Both were great to work with and very professional. There are no leaks, and all the shingles have stayed on through the tough Florida wind, sun and rain. One part of the roof however came out crooked and is noticeable on the eve/arch of my house right above the foyer,I did mention it to the owner but was told it was the subroof that made it that way. I know it was not like that before the new roof was installed. If not for this I would give them an excellent rating, but this is a big "mistake" they were unwilling to admit or fix. The workers that did the actual roof install were all hared working, experienced and completed the job in the time I was originally quoted by Ryan.

I had a leak fixed with this company, and it was an unpleasant experience. After they came out, it leaks again on the same spot 3 months later. Since they have 1 year warranty, they came out and fix it again. We were fine with that. Fast forward to now, it leaks again FOR THE THIRD TIME at the same spot. Yet, they refuse to fix it on the basis that it has been 14 months (2 months passed their 1 year anniversary). The rep even hung up on me as I tried to make my case over the phone. It seems a $700 fix will last you exactly 14 months with this company.

They kept our property clean throughout the process and all permits and inspections were done in a timely fashion. I was kept informed every step of the way. I HIGHLY recommend Westfall Roofing!

Absolutely wonderful staff. They took their time to make sure everything was explained perfectly to me. They even worked with my insurance company to help me through what could have been a difficult process. The roof was installed perfectly the first time. No leaks, no left over nails. Couldnt be happier.

That guy was a complete waste of my time. Roofers it seems arent a very professional lot. Yet they want to work with professional homeowners in the areas upscale communities. The mismatch becomes apparent rather quickly. Recommend you move on to another, more professional, choice.
