I recently had work done by Gold Seal Roofing and was exceptionally pleased with the outcome! Josh and his crew replaced my roof, fixed soffits, replaced four windows, installed a bathroom fan, worked on some gutter issues, and painted the exterior for an extremely reasonable price. The work was done exactly when it was promised. Josh walked me through the entire process and even returned twice to make sure the work was done right AFTER EVERYTHING WAS DONE. I wont say I enjoyed getting my roof replaced. But Josh and his crew made it as painless as it could have been. He was very honest about the condition of my roof. He said it needed replacing, but I wasnt able to afford it immediately. He told me I could probably wait a little while, but to watch the leak in my of my bedrooms. I never felt pressured. Again, he was straightforward and honest about the whole process. He said it would take two days to replace, and it took two days. If youve got to get home repairs made (and if youre a homeowner, you do), I highly recommend these guys. Theyre honest, reliable and reasonable.

Richard was able to squeeze a time sensitive project of mine into their schedule during the time the hurricane hit Florida. Every roofing contractor was very busy from all the flooding and I just happened upon Gold Seal. My intention was to just get a shingle roof, but after a discussion with Richard, a metal roof (which I had seen on other homes and loved) was a very affordable option. They had completed my project in 2 days total, but it was over a 5 day period, due to the wait on the metal. The roof looks great, passed inspections, and helped to get my house under contract in one business day. Im looking forward to more roofing projects with Gold Seal. Thank you!

Gold Seal Roofing completed our roof at the end of 2015. I needed a new roof for insurance reasons and had several estimates. They were reasonably priced and the service was above and beyond. They worked within my deadline and were able to quickly get the paperwork needed for my insurance. So far, I am extremely happy with my roof and their work and would recommend them to anyone.

They put a brand-new roof on the house a year ago and theres been a leak within the last month. We have asked them to come out and fix it and they havent followed through. Its ruining all of my walls on both floors. Its become a nightmare. We are almost at the point where we have to hire somebody to fix their poor job.
