I am shocked, appalled and disgusted by the customer service I received at your restaurant around 3:15pm on May 15, 2013. I went through your drive-thru and ordered 4 Chick-fil-a sandwiches. After paying for my order and receiving it, I began to pull away and realized the drive-thru employee did not give me my change. As I pulled back up to the drive-thru window, the drive-thru employee, with a bad attitude, then rudely asked me "if I needed a rewind". Im not really sure what that meant, but I told him he did not give me my change. Then he rudely said, with an atrocious attitude, ".....and if you do the math, that would be what?" I told him he owed me $8 in change. He had a disgusted look on his face and asked someone else to open the cash drawer so he could give me my change. I just want you to know that this is not how paying customers should be treated and I will not be eating at anymore of your restaurants. I work too hard for my money to waste it on a product, in which I receive poor customer service. Also, I will be sure to tell everyone I know about how poorly your employees treat your customers. I will be sending a copy of this comment to the Chick-fil-a corporate office, so that they will know what type of poor service their restaurants are providing to their regular customers.

This is easily the most friendly and courteous fast food restaurant Ive ever been to. Eating in here gives you the feel of a dine in restaurant. With fresh flowers on the tables, workers refilling drinks and basic table side service, I was almost inclined to leave a tip. On a few occasions when my wait time exceeded a quick 3 minutes, I was always offered a free sandwich gift card. The drive thru here is always very efficient, with an extremely busy lunch time, they are able to get everyone in and out at miraculous speeds. Its all these things in combination that keeps me coming back here regularly, even with the pricing being on the higher end of a regular fast food chain.

Horrible customer service! As a former restaurant manager, and now business educator and writer, I was shocked, appalled and dismayed at the poor employee behavior that I encountered while visiting this restaurant. This restaurant was nothing more than a waste of my time and money. I have had better service and chicken at the Wal-Mart Deli. Based on the employees poor behavior at this restaurant, it is very clear that this restaurant does not appreciate its customers. Do your self a favor and eat at another restaurant that provides excellent service, excellent food and values its customers. Bon Appetit!

This is actually a great chick fil a, and one of the best fast food restaurants in the area. The food has always been hot every time Ive eaten there and the customer service has been great. As far as being closed on Sunday, I dont care for that much, but I understand fully why the company chooses to do so and I believe more companies should have some kind of morales like that. Chick fil A is a higher in price for what you get, but I more or less deal with it because I find the coupons you can get do thin it out. Ive had a decent amount of free food from them, which helps being a student.

Ive eaten here several times recently and never had a positive experience. Every single time the spicy chicken sandwich was very small and thin, with almost no meat. Its really disappointing getting a 4$ sandwich then have like 3 good bites. Im not sure how there are so many other good reviews, maybe I just coincidentally get the bad ones? Either way, Im never going back to this location. 5 tries is enough. The one at Waterford is great.

This location is awesome. I have never got bad service here. They are always super polite and quick. I never wait long for my food and they never screw it up. The staff can be almost over the top with the friendliness, but seriously who complains about people being to nice to them lol. I go to this Chic-fil-a several times a week just because I know the service will be excellent as well as the food.

Staff here is always very fast, efficient and courteous, orders are always correct, and despite the frequent long lines both inside and in the double-lane drive-thru, the quick work of the staff keeps wait times below what you would otherwise expect. The staff are also quick and clean up readily at the end of a customers meal with no prompting or waiting. One of the best Chick-fil-As in Orlando.

Unintuitive layout. Condiments and napkins are hidden behind a tile wall, far from the ordering counter, near the far exit, facing away. Large amount of staff who will make eye contact but fail to initiate contact to ask if you need assistance. Chick-fil-as are usually better laid-out and have immaculately attentive staff, so this location stood out as a specifically lackluster experience.

Thid particular restaurant always has great service. This time, my truck wouldnt turn back on in the drive thru! A few staff members came out to help push my truck out of the way so that they could keep their line moving & then David who I believe was a manager, helped me get it back running. I am more than impressed at this restaurant. Plus the food is always great! Thank you so much!!!

I just went over there today and I got 2 shakes, a strawberry one and vanilla one, the lady was super rude, and when she was taking my order was talking to somebody else so I demanded attention because she was input incorrect my order, she got mad, after she gave me my shake there was a booger on my shake, super nasty, ill be back after work, will never go back

Stopped here for a quick snack. The person at the counter was very friendly and took our order almost immediately. We were asked to give our name and went to sit down. Before getting fully seated our food was ready. The food was very tasty and surprisingly it is real chicken breast. Fast service and great food, stop here if youre looking for a nice meal.

Took order wrong, no big deal because he was new. Waiting. Team leader reordered it, still came out wrong. Waiting. 10 or more minutes later and I was still eating the wrong sandwich. Very Sad. I appreciate the kindness and willingness to fix over and over and over again but it shouldnt be complicated to make a sandwich correct the Second time.

place was excellent until the renovations. Since then staff seems disorganized, slow, and unable to convey orders correctly. Last visit took 5min to be greeted followed by food that was not as I ordered...ie ingredients left out even though I was charged for them. Hope you guys pick up your game and get back to the previous standard.

Great food, customer service was fantastic, there was a long line in the drive-thru (at least they have two lanes) so I went in and had my food within 5 minutes. Very smiley, patient workers and that means a lot to me since Im usually frantic and in a hurry. I was pleasantly surprised, and this was my first time at this location.
