Really good food. Staff was very friendly and wanted to make sure we were happy with our order. We were so impressed with how this store worked, and how the managers were making sure the employees had everything they needed to do their jobs. I will probably steer my kids to this restaurant for their first jobs. Only downside is the prices are a bit high, but when you bite into a sandwich, you can see that this is real chicken, not some processed mystery. Edit - visited today again. Food got better if that was even possible. This place is always good. Very happy with my food, restaurant is clean, staff is professional and courteous.

From what I understand, Chick-fil-A corporate holds high standards for both staff performance and food quality and this location is no exception! Im consistently greeted with a smile upon entry and my order is always accurate. Always as in literally always. The dining area is very clean and the mens restroom is well stocked, odorless and tidy to boot! Do yourself a favor and stop in to see for yourself. On a scale of eww, eh or wow, I give Chick-fil-A Mentor a big WOW!

I have always liked Chick-Fil-A for their delicious food and courteous staff. I think something happened at this store though. New owner? New manager? The staff were standing around looking like it was their first day. I had my church bulletin because, in the past, if you bring a bulletin on Monday you could get a free sandwich if you bought a side and a drink. Not anymore. Ill still go here but it just felt different.

Love this Chick-fil-A!! They have the cutes girl walking around building relationships. So blessed by the owner he fix both of my minivan doors for Christmas wish at the fish 95.5fm. Then he fed us as a family. Had a great time great food and look forward to working with chris in future community projects! I encouraged you to get involved for a better place to live.

The overall experience in this place is exceptional. Food is always delicious, chicken sandwich is far superior to cheaper processed ones at other fast food places. Staff is amazingly caring and conscientious of the needs of patrons. Long lines move fast too. Rest rooms are always clean. Its obvious why they are always busy. Love this place!!!

I had wonderful service here yesterday! At the peak of the lunch rush the staff took the time to help me get settled at a table, being just me and my 16 month old who loves to grab everything. The staff not only brought my food out but got me a high chair, ketchup and napkins. I dosnt feel like i was at a fast food restaurant. Great job!

This is the worst Chic Fil A I have ever been to. Do not go here if you want quality service or a decent meal. The male manager/owner is extremely rude and does not know how to run a restaurant. There is a Chic fil a minutes down the road in the mall which is much better.

The drive-through line may be long, but theres a reason - the quality of the service and the food is so good, its hard to say no to this quick dinner pickup for the family. The food is always fresh and the workers take a moment to thank you for your business.

The service is always fast and friendly. I have never had a problem with with my order accuracy. The food is hot, clearly fresh, and well-prepared. Even when its busy, the team members work quickly and the wait isnt too long.

It used to be good and consistent. No more. I have to check every order for compleatness. Fries are packed half the container. Chicken pieces are different and small. Really disappointed. Was one of my favorite places to go.
