Ive been going here every week on thursday for their throwback thursday burritos for a very long time but lately I have left Tijuana Flats extremely disappointed by their lack of customer service and have decided I will not be going back anymore. Every time I used to go I would always order 2 of the throwback thursday meals and instead of getting drinks I would ask for guacamole and sour cream instead which is the exact same priced meal when you take away the drinks and every time I would have no problems with this request (because why should I?). Lately however the managers have been refusing to provide me with this simple request (which Im assuming comes from higher up) and it pisses me off because Ive been going here forever and ordering the same thing every week for a very long time and now they are refusing me for no good reason. Anyways I can always go somewhere else to eat and since this place has apparently forgotten about their customers I have forgotten about their business.

Ordered two meals for Taco Tuesday to pickup. One was 2 beef hard tacos, the other was 1 chicken and 1 beef. By the time I got home, I noticed both of mine were chicken instead, and they were cold and soggy. Superhero boyfriend called the store to complain a little. Randy, the manager, offered to give us a gift card but I just wanted my tacos so we asked if we could just come pick up another order. They said that was fine. When we got there, Randy handed us the right order, PLUS a side of queso, a full order of cookie dough flautas AND a $10 gift card. I was blown away by the generosity, and I had never had their flautas which were amaze balls. Seriously top notch and beyond awesome customer service. I just wanted my beef taco. Only con is that their pens are running out of ink.

Tijuana Flats will lure you in with its pleasant atmosphere and promise of a wide variety of hot sauces, and then keep you coming back for their Tuesday and Thursday specials and quality food options. Its also worth noting that this is the original Tijuana Flats location, and the food and service is head and shoulders better than any of the other Orlando locations. If you want a decent burrito, fresh chips, and great iced tea, hit this particular part of the franchise.

Great friendly staff that really makes an effort to know regular patrons. Food is always great. I like to go for the Two Taco Tuesday deal, get them grilled for extra crispness and tastiness. Also, its not on the menu, but you can order double stacks (hard shell taco wrapped with a soft shell with queso in between). They are delicious. Great food for the price, one of my favorite spots. Especially the University location.

Totally incomplete order, which was takeout so by the time we got home it was too late. Our "chips and queso" order came with no chips. None. They charged us $.50 for salad dressing for our salad (which is weird) then didnt even give us the salad dressing. Our burrito was a meal and they gave us two spoonfuls of beans and rice. Not sure whos running the show there but theyre clearly not paying attention. Wont be back.

Wife ordered a new menu item with eggs, they were unfortunately out of eggs due to them all being smashed accidentally earlier in the day. They informed us, made the item without the eggs, then gave us a gift card for the value of the item so she could come back and try it "proper". Excellent management of the situation. Ive always had great experiences with this chain and this location is no different.

Fast cheap Tex-mex. This is standard Tex-mex tacos, nachos, etc... You order at the counter and they bring it out to you. The food is not amazing, but its very cheap (especially on taco Tuesday) and the service is fast. They also have a hot sauce bar with enough variations to make the meal interesting for anyone. This is a good place to go for lunch with some friends.

My wife and I have had some issues with them not getting our order right. 1st time manager took our info and said they would mail us a gift card. Never happened. 2nd time they messed up the order the manager said he would refund our credit card. Never happened. We love T flats and WANT to go but not if it comes with a headache every time.

The OG! Great staff, service, food, and atmosphere. Even when the line is out the door (which is common), they are extremely quick and efficient. Longest ive ever had to wait was maybe 7 minutes in line, then maybe another 10 for my tacos. And that was on a very busy taco tuesday. Also their salsa has crack cocaine in it.

Lately the portions of meat are less and less. Giving you more empty flour than a full one. Of course the service from the girls are always nice but for the price you pay for the food you should expect more. And I just saw a cockroach walking on the floor. Not a good sign. Food is cold it feels reheated on the microwave.

The only Tijuana location I will go to. The other Central FL locations just cannot compare in food, service, and general atmosphere. Even when its super busy on a Tuesday I always feel welcome here whereas other locations make me feel like a hinderance. The original and BEST Tijuana Flats!!

When we ordered are service talkes super fast...but sge was polite when i asked her to slow down...then we got ate order and my daughters was messed up so they got it fixed and tge manger personally said sorry...but beaides the food was AWESOME...very fresh and juat tasted really really good

I love Tijuana flats so much their food is always on point . But this location for some reason the food did not taste fresh and I wasnt satisfied..the staff were polite to us on the other hand. I recommend Tijuana flats for great filling food place choice but I would skip this location..

We went to get some lunch during work hours. The food took a long time to come out and the manager apologized many times despite it not being a huge deal. Then, another manager came by and offered us compensation even though we didnt ask for anything. I will be coming back here no doubt!

Food is always great! The place is immaculately clean and the service is superb! Everyone is a sweetheart and I love that that they do things to help our military guys and girls when theyre overseas they donate sauces and such to help brighten there day. My favs are the flautas! Yummy!

Great place for a quick lunch, the food here is great and the staff make this a place ill never forget. Taco tuesdays here are a great deal but if you go during lunch hours be prepared to wait a bit. Online orders have always been ready and correct when ive done them.

Tijuana comes up flat again. I can never understand how an establishment offers online ordering but can never get the order correct. Although the food is delicious, the lack of execution will leave a bad taste in your mouth.

I wish I could eat here everyday. Its always so yummy and is ready really fast! Service is always great too, I appreciate that the servers always offer refills and check up on you every so often. Definitely a favorite! :)
