Im seeing why after eight months in my apartment today is the first time Ive had the pleasure (or lack thereof) of speaking to Jennifer, the liaison between myself, the renter, and the landlord. Ive never spoken to someone so quickly dismissive and rude, especially someone Im giving money to. Ive had a consistent and extremely uncomfortable pest issue since the day I moved in, and despite my appeals, noting that I was making a concerted effort to no longer stay in my own home due to the pest issues, I was treated as a pest myself and quickly and rudely dismissed. This office has absolutely no respect for renters, as I assume theyre too busy selling mansions to deal with their less financially endowed clients. Six months to replace a moldy air conditioner, six months to fix a refrigerator handle, six months to fix the weather stripping on my door and then once the lock on the door no longer worked after the weather stripping was installed, the contractor ignored me. This office hires out work to the lowest bidder, and things dont get done. Im sick of paying rent to these people who only say theyll work on something to appease you and keep you from calling for a few weeks. I would never, ever rent or purchase from this office.

Needed a real estate company to help me purchase a home. Was told this company was the best. No one called me back right away or emailed. Had to wait for someone to contact me. Not impressed with the attitude of this company. A little snobbish. Found another excellent real estate company.

Doesnt surprise me that they have a 2.5 rating. Sherri dyer is down right rude and disrespectful. Save your money and go elsewhere.
