Ive had the pleasure of working with one of the agents at the Wemert Group, Anetta LaPointe. It was my first home purchase and while I had done a ton of reading online on what the process involved Anettas expertise proved invaluable. The market at the time I was purchasing was really a sellers market with most of the really good homes going off the market and getting bids within a few days of the initial listing. Anetta continued to send me homes and when I saw one that I wanted Anetta would have it scheduled for a visit almost always within the hour. Extremely responsive! She even met me at one time on a Holiday. She is easy to talk to and allows you to make your own decision without trying to sell you. We visited many homes and I always felt that she had my best interest at heart dropping little tips and tricks here and there and highlighting potential trouble areas with a home. Once we put in an offer and it was accepted the back office staff, namely Sarah Zack did a good job of getting me organized on what I needed to get done and when I needed them done to support my 30 day close. I have dealt with realtors for years in my past. I have had a seldom, few good experiences. This one was by far the best Ive ever experienced. We literally didnt expect the kind of actual caring and concern we received. From Jennifer Perez as our Realtor, the transaction coordinator team, to Jenny herself we were blown away with customer service you may hear of other people getting themselves, but never you. But in our case, we can now share we received this same excellent experience and we are happy to recommend Jennifer Perez and Jenny Wemert and her staff to all. We had a situation that involved many variables. Without going into full detail, let me just say that what I thought was stressful The Wemert Group saw as an opportunity to tackle as a challenge. Your minds will be at ease dealing with The Wemert Group. I never expected the professionalism of Jenny and her team. It was truly an excellent experience. Thank you Wemert Group and Jennifer Perez. The A-Team of Reality!! This has been my second time working with the Wemert Group. Specifically with Cyndi’s team, Jen, Jaimz and Lauren. No kidding, they were like a precision seal team; exploiting their individual strengths with the sole purpose of finding the best home for you. On our first interaction we had worked with a couple different realtors and were so frustrated that we ready to take a break after losing deals, and looking at homes that didn’t match our criteria. I can’t remember how I found Cyndi’s number, but I told her what we were looking for, she sent me a list and the first home we saw with her she was able to negotiate the deal with in a day. This time around took a little longer to find the right home, but once we did we had the same results. And I’m sure you will too.

Corey took the time to get to know us at our initial meeting which allowed us to feel connected throug hout the entire selling process. His team, including Suzanne and Danielle, was always there to help answer any questions we had and assist in guiding us through the process all the way to the closing table. We wasted time initially with another agent...dont make our mistake! First of all, Jennifer Rigsby is one of Weimert/Keller Williams agents, so naturally, shes a fan. She was one of our selling agents and she was phenomenal. But for all I know the other two raters are also on staff. Now to the selling side. My agent was awesome and I sold fast. BUT....I got to closing (my FIRST EVER sale) and where is my closing coordinator....BLEW. US. OFF. No call. No email. No notice. No replacement. NOTHING. We were left high and dry. How many "Im sorry" emails and phone calls have I had since? Cant count that high. But it doesnt change the fact that I went through closing with NO representation......and a five figure payday to Weimert Group in the line items. NEVER. AGAIN.

Bruce addressed all my concerns and offered solutions to avoid the problems I had with my first realtor. I was a first-time home buyer and Bruce was very patient and understanding with the nerves that came with that. Bruce went above and beyond for me and I am forever grateful that he did so. We had a very rough road with the purchasing of my home (everything that could go wrong - did go wrong) but with Bruces hard work and persistence it all paid off! This company made selling our house and buying a new one SO EASY! They have excellent staff (Britt Tacetta, Jennifer Sambolin and Tony Galarza) and open communication (lots of texts, phone calls and emails to help keep us on track!). The pictures turned out amazing! They even got us a "mobile close" because my wife was due to give birth (and actually did end up giving birth) on the day we closed for our old house. They even sent us flowers at the hospital a day after we had our baby. Also, a few days ago, I got a little book in the mail with pictures of our old house... such a precious memory I will keep forever! Thank you Wemert Group... you really did go way above and beyond for us!!!
